Veyera

Background:

Where did we come from?

Nearly every civilization has asked that question. Did humans evolve from creature ancestors eons ago? Were they created by some higher power? Have they always simply been? Scholars and laymen alike have posed, argued, and even waged war over the question, and what they believed was the answer. But inevitably, as a prospecting world gets a glimpse, whether through magic or technology, into far-off worlds and dimensions, finding them populated with similar-looking humans, even speaking the same tongue even if it's under a different name, whether English, or Common, or even simply the Human language. It tends to re-ignite the age-old question.
Where did we come from?

Sapiens Initiative has the answer, even if they rarely reach out to let the seeds they've sown know.

An organization spanning several universes, S.I.'s goal is the development and propogation of the human species that we know and love (or hate), for reasons that are top secret. Considered at the peak of development, the organization wields nigh-limitless resources, harvested from all manner of worlds they've spread the species to. Cutting-edge technology, gleaned from civilizations that have developed under their watchful eye. Even magic, the chaotic, reality-bending force that others have perfected as an alternative. S.I. is amassing it all.

Their methods for spreading humanity varies from world to world. But in all cases, they ensure that most humans have no knowledge of the organization, whether through mind-wiping colonists sent down, or through genetic manipulation of creatures to ensure they evolve to humans in distant generations. Occasionally, particularly on more dangerous or difficult worlds, organization members sworn not to reveal their secrets are empowered as gods to assist in the new civilization to develop. The reason for this is for each world to develop its own identity and culture over the ages, and form perspectives, ideas, and inventions unlike any others.

This is not to say that every civilization is of their creation. Every so often humans crop up without their involvement, or gods distance themselves from S.I., often passing down their abilities to others that may never learn of them. S.I. identifies such worlds as rogue, and has their own class of staff to scout out and monitor them...

The character:

That is where Veyera comes in. A scout for S.I., her mission is to travel through all space to seek out rogue civilizaions, and simply ensure that their development won't interfere with S.I.'s interests. On paper, her mission boils down to simply watching on and alerting her superiors if and when a rogue world potentially poses a threat.

At least, that's the mission on paper. In practice, she has little restriction on what tools she's allowed to use to ensure S.I.'s safety in their operations. And one of her favorite tools happens to be her body. To put it blunt, Veyera is a giantess, roughly two hundred and eighty feet tall. While her size considered by S.I. to be a necessary tool to use to extinguish in the event of an imminent rogue threat, Veyera doesn't need much reason to simply go down, stomp out the leadership, and take charge herself if she feels like it. S.I. doesn't even care much if she just happens to feel like breaking a rogue world for kicks. It's a privilege she enjoys and liberally abuses.

That's not to say that rampages and subjugation is all she lives for, while she's certainly fond of having little rogue humans under her heel. She's still a human, even large and in charge. She enjoys music and games in her spare time, and can be a talkative person when the mood strikes her. She's even come to befriend a few rogue humans in her time, and some serve as crew on her vessel, the HTV Voidcutter... though some are less willing than others.

There's certainly more to her than what's said here. How old is she? What's her favorite food? What does she most enjoy doing in her spare time? Whatever questions remain... you'll just have to work up the nerve to ask her yourself. Pray she's in a good mood.
