Vertiline

"Wrong neighborhood? Nah, loves, now that you've all crawled out of your holes, it's more than right enough for me."

All kinds of things tend to come out after the sun sets, but the moonlit night has always been popularly considered the domain of the wolf, and for good reason. In modern times, even with paved streets and electric lights, that predatory soul takes root even in their more chimeric descendants. Vertiline herself is little exception to that old rule, the lady remaining somewhat on the rough and nocturnal side. She goes out to the places that no one dares go at night, for one reason or another, walking at the hours where even those who see her could barely believe it, blaming it on drink or the wee hours of the day. However, she does have a twin purpose for doing so. First is because it is when the best hunting is- there is no greater concentration of beasts, monsters, rogues, scoundrels and other similar persons of ill-repute that she can find prowling the darkened corners of the city, and she's quite happy to fill her bellies with as much of their meat as she can hold while still finding a place to settle and sleep it off. The second is that while there tend not to be any creatures similar to herself about, she still has something of a pack mentality when it comes to the more honest folk of the city who might be out and about during the hours when she's making her rounds. A girl who might've had a few too many stumbling about, or perhaps some children who stayed out too late and got lost on the way back. Those folks are entitled to her protection as well as a drink from one of her numerous teats to help them back on their feet as she gets them along to wherever they're going, one way or another, and woe be to those who try to take advantage of her charges of the evening.

She is a rather imposing wolftaur, about seven and a half feet or even higher at her highest point, all told, and she has at least put forth an effort to dress properly despite the effects that her nighttime rounds have had on her body. she does have more human-like features from the neck up, at least, and prefers to top her short brown hair and furred, wolfish ears with a light brown bowler hat. She even got a matching suit jacket for her nightly leisure, but she would have a great difficulty in trying to close it. The white shirt (with black tie, she's no barbarian), while buttoned nice and closed, has to be draped over two pairs of huge breasts, each one of the four certainly larger than the woman's head, all four soft and lightly furred. It's below the waist of her humanoid portion that things start to get a bit different about her. Her wolf portion, covered in its own coat of brown fur, is broad and strong, with the powerful legs required to move her along at pretty much any pace she chooses to go at, and she has a proper tail to boot. What is, perhaps, more miraculous is how she manages to move and act as she does with what hangs beneath. Vertiline carries four more sets of jugs beneath her, laden with her milk like the ones above but making even what sprouts from her chest look small in comparison.

Vertiline is a consummate predator, and there isn't a single night when she goes out where she doesn't come back to her home without something bulging out at least one of her bellies- those who underestimate her end up being churned up into her body as well as restocking her numerous assets. Of course, as happy as she is to eat, she's just as happy to feed the results of her eating to those who she considers part of her "pack"- after all she does have more than enough. Of course, there are some nights where she just has to make do with what she can find, and some folks that aren't aligned either way just might find themselves taking a ride inside the taur.
