Velis is a long, darkly scaled naga and sorceress. Her dealings with the forces of darkness have twisted her from her serpentine form and made her all the more monstrous. She is calm, arrogant, and cruel. However, she is fair. Anyone can challenge her to a game. She rarely loses, and is thusly extremely powerful.

Velis has lived in a village in a dark forest, ruling over it with her dark magic. Her domain extended far underground, comprising various species of monster, elf, and man. Her magic kept the people under control, and her cruel, devious punishments prevented any dissenters from rising against her. She grew in power, only growing stronger as more tried to defeat her. She would devour them and absorb their abilities and mana.
She wasn't invicible though. One day, while gathering herbs for a potion, she was accosted by a brave adventurer. They challenged her to a game, rock paper scissors. She accepted, but found herself unable to read the hero's mind. In an instant, she lost her power. The hero had won... Those she had devoured regained their forms and fled. The forest became lush and beautiful. Bunnies pranced about without fear of the wolf and cats and dogs lived together.

But luckily our story does not end in saccharine excess. No, Velis escaped, now a mere shadow of her former self and with no kingdom to speak of. She set out to rebuild. Velis trained, became stronger, smarter, less reliant on those she absorbed. She decided she would rise again, even if she had to do so alone.



Abilities:
Velis can cast bolts of dark energy through her staff, either concussive or energy sapping lightning.
She is fully capable of eating people, though she prefers to absorb rather than digest.
Velis's black insides are pillowy soft, heavy, and sliiightly slick.
Contact with her insides slowly drains people. It doesn't hurt, but it feels strange.
She can either send people to her womb or her tail by stuffing them into her pussy.
Her red eyes can hypnotize or paralyze people if she desires.
She posesses a butt as well as a tailhole, though she produces no waste. Her wide hips are perfect for smothering.
Her strong coils are almost inescapable, and nearly impenetrable.
When Velis absorbs someone, they become part of her, giving her all their abilities.
She can encase captive prey in latex while trapped deep within her tail.

Weaknesses:
If she loses one of her games, she loses her captives.
She is easily angered.
Light magic is very effective against her.
