Valyn

Before you stands a proud wolfess, six feet tall and covered in jet black fur. She fixes you with a piercing stare, her crimson eyes alight like embers in a bonfire. A gentle heat radiates seemingly from her very body. Darkened horns curl back around her pointed ears, and a pair of bat-like wings rest just behind her. A silver pendant hangs from her neck, a small red crystal attached to it, glinting in the light. Certainly, she would appear intense, even quite dangerous... yet should one find themselves confronted with this view, they would likely be in little danger, lest they find some way to provoke the canine's fury.

Valyn is what some might describe as a "demoness." She has even used this term to refer to herself on occasion. Certainly never particularly boastfully. Regardless of titles or definitions, the fact of the matter is that she is largely similar to most typical beings. However, since before she could ever hope to remember... perhaps since she ever even existed, her life essence itself was was twisted. Saturated with a corruptive influence awash with anger. Rage. Fury. She's not prone to striking down people on a whim, however. Not by any means. In fact, one might find the previous statements hard to believe if one got to know her. But it's something that nevertheless exists within her. A potential for disaster. She is slow to become truly enraged, but once she does, it is as if she is another creature entirely. A monster.

In truth, however, Valyn the wolf is very much not a monster at heart. In fact, were one to approach and manage to get past her rather dismissive exterior, they'd likely find her far more accepting and caring than one might expect from such a being. She tends to quietly appreciate the folks who make an effort to speak with her and even become protective of them, though she'd almost never admit to such a thing.

Valyn is from a world that has suffered an extraordinary disaster, covering much of it's surface in glassy black stone and twisting life itself in ways both minor and catastrophic. Twisting the features and even occasionally the demeanors of those it touched, and even going so far as to bring new, twisted creatures to life.

Valyn was one such being affected by this event. Quite heavily, in fact. It twisted her features, leaving her with a fairly demonic appearance However it also granted her wings and slightly more strength. Of course, this all came at a cost. She was twisted with magic laced with anger. This didn't turn her into a bloodthirsty beast, but it did leave an underlying danger. Upon sufficient provcation, she'd very much lose control of herself. And whoever was nearest, be they friend or foe might find themselves a victim of her claws... or hunger.

- I have no intention of using her to force situations or anything. She's meant to only be powerful 'for show.' I will never suggest nor engage in any forceful activites or 'combat' unless specifically requested by a partner, and even then I may not be for it.I do NOT want to 'powerplay.'

- Background can be ignored if desired, especially if the goal is to make her fit into another setting. If you have a setting for your character and want to play within it, let me know! If I like it, I don't mind tweaking Valyn to fit into it!

- While she's intended to be demonic looking, I don't mind making a few minor tweaks to Valyn. For example, I can take or leave the wings and horns. Really, they'd be hidable anyway. But in truth I also don't mind playing her as just a normal, if oddly colored, wolfess. She'd still be the slightly grumpy dork she typically is, but with 100% less demon. I like a lot of settings and fitting in is important! And, well, I know the whole demon thing isn't for everyone!

- On that topic, just because a slider isn't very high in the positive doesn't mean I'm not willing to talk about it and maybe work it into a scene anyway. And sliders that are at 100 are absolutely not necessary. A lot of my tastes are very mood and partner dependant and sliders are just a general indication.

- Despite the fact I paint her as "rough and tough" she's a bit of a softie at heart. Hardly likely to hurt anyone (outside of maybe vore contexts, of course~) And by extension, as a player I kind of am a bit of a softie as well. Naturally this only applies selectively when it comes to kinky things!

- And finally, I'd like to think, as a player I'm very whisper friendly, if a touch shy. If you're interested, feel free to say hi even if I don't have a tag up! (I usually won't, so do say hi!) I'm always happy to chat even if I don't have time for a scene!

- I very much love having the tables turned on Valyn. It's why I like playing her as a "powerful" being. It makes for delightful humiliation when she falls to embarrassing predators.

- Following up on the previous point, I love unlikely predators. A lot. I love capable predators too, but getting utterly humiliated by some upstart or gentle character is very appealing to me...

- I also don't mind playing her as somewhat antagonistic, given the right scenario. Her being percieved as a villain could be fun.

- Shrinking can really sell a scene for me. It just makes for such a dramatic shift of power that isn't there for me when one party starts out tiny. Of course, I don't need size difference in any form to enjoy an RP, however it opens some doors for things I greatly enjoy.

- From the last point, while I enjoy footplay / pawplay as it is, when it involves size difference and being so insignificant and teased by something so embarrassing... well... yes. I like it quite a lot.

- I also greatly enjoy the idea of her being sought out by power-hungry characters looking for more power/magic.
