For clothing, she wears a low cut blouse to show off her ample bosom, tight pants, high hard boots and a tricorn cap capped with a large purple feather.

Personality

Her draconic name being Valsa'tagarcoss, she's more commonly known as the more easily pronounced Captain Valsa, and to a select few of her lovers that are still among the living, simply 'Val'. She's ruthless, demanding, domineering, and has no issues with letting everyone know it.
Should you find yourself on the wrong side of her, you had best get on her right side before you get a tour of her inside.

Abilities and powers

Skilled as a necromancer, Valsa favors skeletons as crew members for their higher agility compared to other forms of undead as well as their relative ease to maintain large numbers of. She can certainly raise more powerful minions, but not without good reason.

A powerful mage even beyond her specialty of necromancy, Valsa has no shortage of options. She can conjure fire and ice and destroy a ship with the brute force of the elements if she has to, but it's so much easier to send her skeletons to board and subdue her victims. Easier still if they surrender when she demands it, and those who submit are allowed to leave with their lives once she's taken what she pleases.

Background

Torn sails and a flag depicting a draconic skull appear on the horizon as a ship appears on the horizon, closing the distance despite its apparent state of disrepair. As it gets closer, its crew can be plainly seen, skeletons merely white bone and bearing black iron as if out of some high seas ghost story and a panic begins to set in among the living. The smell of rot and death carry over from the damned ship as grapples tear sink in with unerring accuracy and pull the two vessels within boarding distance. Finally a powerful, feminine voice sounds out above the panicked victims simply saying "Lay down your arms and surrender! Send over your Captain, the first mate, and let my minions take what they will from your cargo and possessions... Resist and every soul on board is forfeit."

Scourge of the seas and feared in every harbor along the Empire coast and beyond, Valsa'tagarcoss is not someone anyone with warm bodies or cargo on board would want to see on the high seas.

Notable Possessions

Her ship, a fourth rate ship-of-the-line, formerly belonging to the Empire... Until she captured it, subdued the crew, eating a portion of them while saving the rest for later, a good while spent digesting the 'lucky' ones as well as voiding her bowels of their remains, and then after a good ol' fashioned necromantic incantation, crewed it with the skeletons.

Shipwrecked
Cast adrift, you wash up on the shores of Valsa's hideaway. After a rough escort, the pirate will decide what your fate shall be.

Boarding party
As either the crew or passenger on a ship targeted by Valsa choose whether to give in to her demands or go down fighting! When the bony hands of her crew drag you aboard will you be a prisoner to be held for ransom, or the captain's meal for the evening?
