A shy vampire. Doesn't really get involved too much usually. Just sits around, watching, listening, and throwing in the occasional comment. He is pretty friendly once contact is initiated, but hesitant to initiate such contact.

interesting behavior to note: has strong regenerative powers and great physical strength, however is not accustomed to intimate situations, leading to further isolation from others.

A gentle vampire, he was once originally human, but due to an odd set of circumstances, was transformed into a vampire to save his life. Now he leads a more or less normal life, only taking enough blood to sate his hunger, but leaving his victims otherwise no worse for the wear.

Main offensive/defensive attributes:

-has super human strength, i.e. can lift more than 5 time his body weight.
-has decent reflexes, like that of a martial artist, but not god-like.
-always wears a tie (sometimes loosely) that he can change the hardness of, sometimes using it as a sword, sometimes like a whip. So he's a tie-fighter (pun).
-After training with Sanousuke and Sojiro, he can use the futae no kiwami and shukuchi.
- Futae no Kiwami is a special art in which the user performs two hits in
quick succession with any part of his body. The first hit with the proximal
interphalangeal joint neutralizes the hardness of the target, then the
second blow, struck with the proximal phalanx, breaks the target before it
recovers from the force of the first blow.
- shukuchi utilizes such powerful speed that, to an observer, it appears
that the distance between the two fighters has shrunk (hence the name
shukuchi, which means "reduced earth").
- these techniques can be used consecutively, but not simultaneously

However, due to the immense physical strain, the futae no kiwami and shukuchi can only be used 3 times within 1 hour, or Valence_Shinei faces debilitation or death.
