Wanted due to meddling with the balance of the relationship between predator and prey.
Prey level: Lenient. He is not very dangerious at all, but he is a sneaky one, and can be difficult to catch.
Ghost_Felix
Wanted contained for $8,000.
Due to his ghostly nature, he's managed to reform many times in the past, so unless one can somehow contain his soul, there is no way to stop his thieving permanently.
Prey Level: Trickster. He is mostly only a dangerous predator whenever he's trying to survive. Though, he does enjoy playing non-lethal tricks on people.

He was born from a young age as a lab subject. Once he left, he ended up resorting to the life of a criminal immediately. Highly dangerous. Approach with caution. You'll know when you see him, as he is a human with reptile-like features.
Prey Level: Deadly. He will become an automatic predator at the slightest provocation from those around him. Though, he does have a split personality, one of which is much less threatening than the other.
