The overwhelmingly most important thing to know about Uso is that she's mute. Dumb. Whatever you want to call it - she cannot speak. At least, that's what is assumed, as she never speaks to anyone for any reason at all. Hence why she carries around a small book, to write notes in.

Secondly, Uso is - well - insane. And not in a good way.
