By Tyralius's size with the lioness he has. He stands around 6-7 foot tall and around 18-21 foot long... with a wingspan to lift all of that.

About the sex. No, Tyralius is a male dragon, he just have four female lioness with him that are his And they are included in the sex... but if one were to do the scaling it would be 1/5 male profile with 4/5s of it being female

Say hello to Tyralius. A male dragon that found himself needing a hoard... and in his search came upon his first lionesses A pair of sisters that had been left behind by their pride... He took them in.. .and ended up liking them. He took care of them and their sexual needs, at least mostly.
So he gained the mind to gather more... taking in more lionesses and just loving them as they loved him... he would have more but some just went away from him not liking a male dragon as their pride leader even if his wings brought breakfast before they could get up to hunt.

The darker side to his story, The green dragon was not finding any dragoness that accepted him and other dragons hated him. Attacking him scaring him and all... Leaving the small dragon to the way side... This dragon having lucked upon the lionesses. So now he has a pride of them as many as will accept this drake as their leader.... He does have love enough for them and will Protect them when they need it.
