Two very naughty Kitsune twins with their eyes set on one person only...

Milly (On the left of ref)
She's the older sister and the one that is most likely to take control of any given situation. She prefers it when people know their place around her, and that is usually under her feet or other parts of her body.

Niro (On the right of ref)
The younger sister, but also the sister that is more adept at the arcane arts. She follows her bigger sister everywhere and usually ends up copying how her sister acts around others. If separated, she will panic for a few moments and search for her sister.

Each person devoured by either kitsune will give that kitsune one more tail.

Both Kitsunes only have a single tail at the moment, but they can combine to form a single "Double" Kitsune whenever they see fit. This means that if they both manage to reach 9 tails at some point, when they combine into a single form, that form will have 18 tails, well above reality-breaking levels of power.
