Pixies are very private creatures and try to stay in hiding from other species, Such as larger more dangerous species such as anthros, humans, some large predatory animals and demis, such as cat and dog girls, and so on. other than that, other small Fae, such as Barrowers, Fairies, Brownies and etc. though often micros can easily gain there trust as they look exactly like Barrowers and Pixies don't bother to try and make differentiate. In the past there was so much un developed area that pixies and other fae did not have to worry about being discovered, but in the current time humans an Anthros have developed more and more. making the likeliness of being found out higher and higher.
Tulolip is a time Pixie. not all the pixies that are in her small kingdom are time pixies. Pixies have different abilities that they excel at. this doesn't Mean they cant learn other abilities if they so wish. it only means they excel and have a natural affinity for that type of magic.
Tulolip has the power to do anything she wants with time, as long as its fits with her level of experiance. her experiance is equal to her age. so number of years she can travel through is equal to her age and so on.
