Backstory
Most kitsune follow Inare.
Some Kitsune detest Inare. They become Nogitsune.
Some Kitsune are hated by Inare. They are also Nogitsune.
Then, there is a fourth type. Some Kitsune just only want their own goals succeeded. They become Nogitsune out of tradition, but Inare far from hates them...and they far from hate her.
Tsuyomi would be one of the fourth type. She is almost incapable of hatred toward anyone, but she honestly wants to live the rest of her spiritual life in any way she deems fit. This, of course, contrasts with the way of Inare, so she is simply called Nogitsune by the manners of the political struggle between the two fox spirit denotations.
Truth be told, she could give a rip about the 'war'.
Personality
Flirt.
Also a boob lover. Mostly of her own, but she does appreciate a good rack. She tends to be a bit of a sass bucket too, but she never is going out of her way to hurt or insult people. She just likes to have a little fun, and serious people, overly serious people that is, raise her hackles.
Abilities

Fox transformation: With a little tickle of her Hoshi no tama, she can turn into a cute, fluffy fox pup. Very warm, very snuggly.
Warmpth Manipulation: She can suck the warmpth out of an area, or radiate it like a radiator.
Warmpth Leech: Her main form of gaining energy, she draws warmpth from the the air...or a lovely, willing host.
Flame Manipulation: Yep. She can cast out ruby-red flames as well.
As well, Her hoshi no tama is a large, brilliant garnet that she generally encases in fire.
