Tsuna is at first glances a normal girl of the age of 19, though what people dont know is shes actually a witch and a fairly powerful one at that. She loves devouring young and underaged girls using her magic to erase the memory of the people she eats from those that know them. She can get away with all this because whenever she feels that she is gaining to much attention she finds a woman, or little girl to feed herself to, by doing this she erases herself from the minds of those after her but will also regrow in the woman or child's womb to be reborn, her magic compells them to always give her the name Tsuna.

summon monster: can summon high level monsters to fight for her
hypnosis: puts targets to sleep
charm: compells targets to be more open to do what she asks
hold person: holds the target in place preventing them from moving for a time
