troglodytes
Alt of latroma
The Troglodytes represent a pack of lizard-men. They are generally 7' tall, scaled, clawed and fanged. Most wield spears and sometimes shields or bucklers. They are rarely armored further, as their scaly hide takes care of this for them. Their bite contains a mild paralytic agent that can help to incapacitate foes or prey.
There are generally anywhere from three to twelve troglodytes in a hunting pack (depending upon prey preferences). It is possible, if one draws near their villages, to encounter more at once. While it is possible for one or even a whole village to be prey to the appropriate predator - they are designed for predatory play generally.

Other styles are negotiable, but realistically these creatures are hunting as a pack to feed their pack. They might play with their food, but in the end all of them do need to eat. The most likely way for oral swallowing would be if all but one of them were dead prior to the actual eating (only applicable to dangerous prey).
