A saint who spread Buddhism across the country as ruler while Seiga Kaku taught her Taoism. While not visibly spiteful, Miko is a well known enemy of the Buddhist faction of Gensokyo, this being the Myouren Temple and those affiliated with it. Miko herself is rather reserved but, has a tendency to be condescending (especially to those whom she considers an enemy). The ability she holds revolves around "hearing" the desires of 10 different people at once, which seems to mean that whatever desires she hears from these ten separate people, she can give "answers" to. Though it is largely unclear if this can function as a sort of 'wish granting' mechanism, it's best assumed that Miko's powers don't exactly work that way.
