In the many cultures and societies that exist across the many worlds, the one constant is that there are always those who see fit to lord their superior status over those perceived as lower than them. The source of this feeling of entitlement can vary but the fact such 'nobility' exists is almost guaranteed by the most basic nature of humanity. From the wealthy, those possessing magical talent, those commanding the most armies, all the way to those who rule based on the adoration of the masses...there are many ways that person can find themselves lording it over those less fortunate than them. Toyo is unusual in that she has the capability to bully others and enforce her will upon them by merit of her truly stupendous boobs and her absolute willingness to exploit them for her own advantage. It certainly helps that in her culture the size of a woman's tits is one of the primary methods by which her value is judged and by that metric Toyo is a possessed of an almost divine right to lord it over her lessers. Held up as the greatest treasure of her village, Toyo is spoiled rotten and is used to getting whatever she wants from those around her by simple merit of her chest size and sheer arrogance...an attitude that has sadly been rewarded for far too long. In her village and most of the neighboring ones, she is treated like a goddess given flesh and people rarely bat an eyelash at even her most outrageous stunts like driving off potential rivals or punishing those who inconvenience her.
Women have it particularly hard when Toyo gets into one of her frequent insecure moods, seen as threats to be quashed before they ruin her cushy lifestyle and over-inflated position. Men trying to assume a position of authority in her little kingdom can be seduced or humiliated so badly that they flee with their tails between their legs but women? That's different. It doesn't take outsiders very long to note that almost every woman in Toyo's village is flat-chested and those that aren't are firm supporters of the tyrannical Toyo but finding out why this is the case is much more difficult. If you were to ask the villagers, you would hear about the curse that is laid over the village that reduces the chest of women to the point of flatness and how those blessed enough to evade this curse's effects are to be cherished but this isn't quite the case. For one, there is no curse, just Toyo's actions. A while before she came to her current residence, few would recognize the scrawny and boyish Toyo as the chesty tyrant she would become and she both loathed and lusted after those more endowed than she was. Her jealousy was so great that she even submitted herself to a reclusive clan of ninjas for training, perfecting their techniques but manipulating them for her own dastardly ends.
What ends are those?
Why, stealing the tits of other women! That's right, Toyo reached her current size by stealing the boobs from those around her to leave them as flat-chested peasants in the wake of her meteoric rise to prominence. Once she reached a size that
she considered modest, Toyo relocated to a mountainous region where she was certain that none would recognize her and decided to settle down and enjoy her unjustly stolen spoils to their full extent. It certainly didn't hurt that the people she found are extremely superstitious (as is Toyo herself honestly) and they were perfectly willing to fabricate a reason for their sudden misfortune that didn't include the sudden arrival in their small community. The problem is that she is EXTREMELY paranoid about anyone else replicating her method (not to mention karma coming back to bite her in the ass) and thus doesn't look kindly on any woman with any sort of real curves. If shaming them out of the village or forcing them to become her servants doesn't work than she gathers her supporters and organizes a dark event known as a tit hunt where they abduct their poor victims and take them deep into the mountains. Once there they are set free to try and flee through the dark woods while Toyo and her cronies track them down one by one and take whatever pleasures they may want from them before 'freeing them from the burden of importance' by stealing their chest. Why aren't such women spilling Toyo's terrible secret to the villagers?
Because they don't know the region and after her fun, Toyo leaves them completely stranded in the mountains for fate to take its course.

First off...Yes this character is based off of an anime but I can't remember the name off the top of my head and I do borrow heavily from that setting. Thing is, I don't require people to know that setting to play with them nor do I demand that others play in it either. Toyo stands on her own in most respects aside from appearing in more modern scenarios which take a little more finangling to figure out.
After that...I like well-written play with a hefty dollop of delicious details added in as well. Pretty much my only real prerequisite since I can be fluid on pretty much all of my other desires. I do have a preference for being prey when it comes to vore stuff but I am into more than just vore! I also love sex and various other things of that nature. Message me if you want cause I like to think that I'm really friendly to others and I don't mind chatting about scenes or other stuff. I do admit that I have a pretty massive bias for playing with other female characters and it takes a pretty hunky guy to change my mind on that subject most of the time so don't feel bad if I turn you down guys! I can be a little picky but at least I'm open about that~!
