Torturer_Buddy

Buddy loves his job, not simply because he carries somewhat of a sadistic streak. But also because he gets to perform a community service. In the form of a torturer at D.P.C.C (Deviant Penitence Correction Centre).

D.P.C.C is a place were deviants of all kinds are brought, where they are put through rigorous torture and punishment to make them correct their hedonistic ways. The form of torture vary on the level of deviance, going all the way from light spanking, public humiliation, to execution. A part that Buddy also handles, in his own twisted way.
