The capital city of Japan, known for it's colorful appearance, high population, and...monster attacks.
In this alternate dimension version of Tokyo, the city is vulnerable to macros coming in and simply destroying it, out of nowhere. Giant monster rampages are pretty much a weekly occurrence, and the city always suffers heavy damage. No matter how much damage gets done to it, no matter how many people get stepped on, devoured, or otherwise killed, somehow, they manage to rebuild and repopulate.
The city has a strange atmosphere...all macros who visit it will find it to be very much like out of a Godzilla movie. People running and screaming, the military firing...and doing no damage. Nobody really knows how the city continues on existing or why it exists the way it does...

Mayor Suki
The cute mayor of this version of Tokyo, Suki tries her best to keep the city safe. Not that she can do much against giants. Despite this fact, she will stubbornly leave her office and storm right up to the macro herself and demand that they leave the city with her megaphone. This of course, always leads to disastrous consequences.
Sasuke
Sasuke is a college student who is more interested in studying macros than running away. He's curious about who they are, and why they're attacking the city...and is curious about the mystery of Tokyo reconstructing itself over and over. He will go as far as interrogating macros to figure all of this out. Of course, his job is dangerous, so he's procured some underground regeneration formula to enable reforming...the catch is, he won't remember what happened. He has to rely on the notes he took over his own experiences...

This guy is a complete mystery, but he's often seen when a macro shows up.
(Mortal/Normal Characters...once they're dead, they never see the light of day ever again.
Hotaru - Deceased
Hotaru is a short, reserved but happy girl. Despite the rampages, she loves the city of Tokyo and refuses to ever move out...even if she is scared. She will simply scream and cry and run erratically during a rampage, fear overcoming most of her rational thought. After a traumatizing event in which she watched her best friend be slowly crushed right in front of her, Hotaru nearly wets herself when a macro comes near...she is terrified of the mere idea of being crushed to death more than anything.
Met her untimely end at the hands (or sneakers) of Rori_Watches, cornering her and crushing her to death. Rori had intended to make it go slowly, but a sudden sneeze caused her to press down all the way mid-crush, instantly killing Hotaru with the last sound she ever heard being a sneeze.

Aya and Emiko
Two sisters that live in a city constantly ravaged by monsters. They have an incredible affinity for survival, as they are extremely athletic and know how to avoid a macro's footsteps. Someday, their luck may run out...distinguishable, as they always move in a group and help each other out, and have saved each other's behinds countless times.
Aiko
A normally non-religious, lazy girl who, after seeing Khristina and Noelle attack the city and declare themselves Kami-sama and Megami-sama respectively, felt a revelation of sorts...and then took it upon herself to don this kimono and become a devout believer...sort of. She wants nothing more than to meet either of them and profess her submission. She unfortunately doesn't really know the first thing about worship, she sees them kind of like how a person might see celebrities (you know, in an 'OMG I'M YOUR BIGGEST FAN' way), not how a true worshipper would see a deity. So, this may put her in danger if she offends either of them...but at least she's passionate.
(For Khristina and Noelle only. But first come, first serve, if one of them happens to kill her, she's gone.)
Kenta
Kenta is a normally shy boy...but when macros arrive, he freaks out. He absolutely hates macros and will often scream, curse, and throw garbage at them...but when cornered, is nothing more than a helpless boy.

Past Rampagers
"Kami-sama" (Khristina): A few Tokyo citizens say Kami-sama Herself arrived at the city. Many people will say she's just another high school girl, but don't tell that to those who felt Her wrath first hand and lived to tell the tale.
"Megami-sama" (Noelle): High school cheerleader giantess who also arrived wanting to be considered a goddess. She knows of Khristina preceding her, and it seems the two rivals will have more to fight over...an entire city!
Sparky The Chu: Destroyed a large amount in a short time with his relentless rampage, and even ate the mayor promptly at the first sign of her defiance.
Aegis: Giant boy that grew in the city and promptly -loved- it, making a snack out of several females while stomping through the city without regard for anything in his way.
Rori_Watches: Cute, somewhat nerdy girl who came in the size of Godzilla, stepped on a few people, ate some more, came out big enough to be visible from space. Tokyo had never been crushed all at once. It'll be interesting to see how they rebuild from that...
Chrona: Came in, ate a bunch of people, even got a few to give themselves up willingly...was shy about it first but eventually grew to become a dominant, confident giant.
KoukujiKiki: Rampaging giant kitsune who unbirthed a bunch of Tokyo citizens. Lots of fun.
Kid_Trunks: Grew big, ate a lot of people, zapped the place up for fun and childish amusement. Standard but fun.
Arokleth: Has destroyed and ruled over Tokyo several times, messing with the entire population for her own persona amusement.
Kid_Anim: Simply brutal in his methods, he just stomped on anybody and anything in his way without even hesitating, and showed a love for the violence he caused.
Jameson: Standard but fun rampage, he didn't stop for anything, and even ate the Mayor when she tried to stop him, before getting a small crowd of admirers.
_Miya_ Used size and overwhelming psychic powers to bring the city into submission.

Even if you're not naturally macro and still want to play, we can work something out (e.g. you stepped in through some dimensional portal and somehow that causes a size difference, or something of the sort).
I do apologize for having to put this here, and it possibly seems elitist, but if you can't use spelling and punctuation properly, I don't want to play. It's one thing to make an occasional typo. It's another to have your whole post an incomprehensible mess.
