A young girl in a foreign country, she does not know the language, except for a few common words, nor does she know anyone there. She has no place to live, for the foreigners (or rather natives) however she is the foreigner. Wearing a red kimono with a flower pattern on it and looking quite weird to the others. Her personality is a rather shy but kind one, she doesn't want to be a bother for other people and tends to really appreciate even the smallest gift given to her, which can even just be a small fruit or a cup of water. What will happen to this young girl? Well this have to be discovered via RP.
Basically, this character will always be using this setting, no discussions about it. A young girl (about 10) in a foreign country.
It is preferred that the two characters do NOT speak the same language, it takes away the fun of being a foreign girl having trouble in another language. Tokomi can speak very very few words of the language of the country she is in, that's it!
