Abilities

Featherweight Cannonball- The starting ability for Zero Shift, Tobi is practically weightless to himself and the world, allowing him to maneuver and move around like a feather, but to others he is just as heavy as usual, if not moreso. He doesn't know the true functions of this power, but finds it very useful nonetheless. This also allows him to float or get some air time, and he can control how much he weighs using this, either increasing his own weight or decreasing it.

Surge Wave - Currently drains a lot of energy and very untrained in it, but he can unleash large "force waves" of gravity.

Superhuman Physical Attributes - Tobi, thanks to training has above average strength and such at a base with Superhuman strength and such with a boost from his powers.

Combat Training - He received combat training as well, so he can fight well, with or without his powers.

-Became a student/Sidekick under Beatdown_Bunny and nearly lost a run in with Drew_Huffyosh before sort of draining him using some sort of weird force push.

-Met Sureiya and Ishikenshi, two old heroes that he found as idols, especially the big panda. He saw their abilities and displayed his own, and now also trains under them after training with Beatdown_Bunny.

-Found Sale one time when training with Ishikenshi, although the mew seems to be blind and not have any memory. Took him home and now he takes care of the little guy.

The Masamune Hero Academy, located in Okayasha, Japan which is the tech center of Japan where even mech fighting is a full on sport, is an academy started by Kuramoto Mito, the descendant of a legendary swordsman Masamune whom he named the school after. The school has 7 hour long periods, each teacher teaching both a fundamental class mixed with a certain type of hero education related to it. There is also a 45 minute lunch in the middle of the day. It is extremely well defended. It's a massive academy that's like a modern-future tech building that mixes Hogwarts but in a large, circular style with a large courtyard in the center. It is separated from the government to make sure that any heroes here are not used as military assets. The school also comes with dorms that students will stay in, one per student. They also will, later in the beginning of the year, fund students' super suits. The Academy spans from kindergarden all the way to senior year in terms of grades.
