Tina is one of Caesha's employee's, after finding her parlor to be a BIG hit with the local population so she decided that it was a good idea to hire on some more help, to both give her some more free time, and to help serve more guests when she's indisposed.
Cashea figured Tina would be a nice hit, a hot plastic model that filled out the more weight concious guests, since the silicone would just slide out the other end after they use her, that and she's so bubbly too, and it seems people love a dull barbie.
