The country of Palisades is both a beautiful one and a tropical one. The country itself is located to the far south, close to the equator. It is very hot and tropical here all year round. For this reason, the country is tourist attraction which draws in many, many people each year. Palisades is a country of diversity, there is something here in this tropical paradise for everyone. North, south, east and west, there is something that'll pique the interest in every person that visits the country. Southern Palisades is the most popular part of the country due to the amount of beaches. Sand, surf, sun! A vacationer's ideal spot for relaxation! Not only does Southern Palisades feature miles and miles of white sandy beaches, it features many other things such as resorts, amusement parks, hotels and many other attractions that draws many people to this part of the country each year. Western Palisades is made of tropical rain forests. Many types of animal specie and fauna live here. All of which are unique and some vibrantly colored, many trials dot the rain forests.

Those who are adventurous or those with the thrill of exploration in their hearts will find that this is the ideal place for them! But they should remember to leave only footsteps, touch nothing in nature nor any of the fauna. One has to preserve nature as best they can to protect it from harm. Northern Palisades is very mountainous and rocky. Its a mainly a grassy steppe and in the distance, one can see the tall, imposing Ai'Kali Mountain Range. One can see that the peaks are both rocky and yet have trees sproutiing from the earth, creating beautiful mountain forests that sprawl for miles and miles across the Ai'Kali Mountains, miles and miles of trails dot the mountains, that are ideal for those that like to hike. The moutains trails themselves will lead one over jagged, rocky terrain, over rocky outcropings, past sheercliifs that offers one wih the most beautiful and breathtaking around, it allows for one to gaze out as far as the eye can see, spectacular!

The steam and smoke from Mt. Ai'Kali can be seen rising high into the sky. Mt. Ai'Kali is the only active volcano in the country, its also quite the attraction that draws many people to it. Every so often, those that visit at night will be treated to quite a marvelous show, when the volcano errupts, a geyser of lava will sput from the volcano, hundreds of feet tall. The reddish-orange light bathes the land below the volcano in its radiant beauty. Beauty from something so destructive. Eastern Palisades is very...interesting. This part of the country is known as the Dusk Region, an area which seems to be stuck in a perpetual dusk. Morning, noon or night matters not the inhabitants of the Dusk Region, they've grown used to the dark, gloominess of the area, their pale palor is a sign of them having adapted to the area. Its dark, gloomy forests have many species of wildlife and fauna thriving deep within them. Like the area the forests are located in, the wildlife and fauna here have pale look to them, almost monochrome. But yet, this area attracts people, its an area that may pique the interests of those simply curious about this strange region of Palisades.

Finally, we come to Central Palisades. This part of the country is made up of the Sazeri Steppe, flat, low laying and hilly. This area allows for one to see in all cardinal directions. North, south, east and west. One can see the Ai'Kali Mountains in the distance should they look north, the rainforests to the west. An eerie feeling and a gloomy and dark atmosphere to the east. And to the south, the coast.

Should one explore the flat, hilly and low laying Sazeri Steppe, then they'll eventually come to the city of Mala. The city of Mala is one of the more notable cities in the country as it can be considered a crossroads of sorts. This city came to be from the meeting of various people, species, cultures and beliefs coming together. Today, one will see and meet all sort of people and species from all over the world in this city! At the center of Mali, one will come across Mali Square, one will find a myraid of shops, restaurants, bars and other places that one may visit. Mala Square is known for the rather interesting people who may frequent the area from time to time. Those that visit Mala Square are gypies, traveling merchants that travel the country, often coming across goods that are difficult for others to proccure, street performers and traveling performers. Many more interesting figures visit the square from time to time but those were just some of them.

Proceeding north past Mala Square, one will enventually come across the home of Tiaire "Tiare" Salox. The Meowstic was born here in Mala with her mother, father and two sisters, its a rather modest family and one that she was happy growing up with. Though, growing up with her family wasn't the most remarkable thing, being with her family was all she wanted. It didn't need to be remarkable or grand. Spending time with family is all that one needs. Whenever she wasn't tending to chores around the house or caring for her younger sisters, Tiare often explored the city, enjoying the various scents in the air and the sights. Mala was quite a bit city and Tiare was like a kitten exploring a new place, discovering new things each time she explored the city. The place that she often visited whenever she was out was Mala Square. The figures who visited the area from time to time piqued the girl's interest.

She'd spend hours and hours simply watching the traveling performers and gypsies act. Why, she even tried some of the more ususual food they had in the square as well! The city of Mala was like a playground itself for Tiare, so may sights, sounds, scents and interesting things. Each day that she went out and explored the city was always a lot of fun! Between exploring the city and spending time with her family, life in Mala was relatively peaceful. Several years however, she'd find what she wanted to do in life, something that was very different than most professions one did for a living, fortune telling. From time time to time, one could smell the scents of various incense in the air within Mala Square, vibrant and exotic looking tents had been pictched. These tents belonged to the various fortune tellers who frequented the square every so often. The mysterious and mystical vibes that filled the air, the sweet exotic scents from the burning incense.

It interested Tiare, drew her to the square every time the fortune tellers frequented the area. While there, she'd watch her other people getting their fortunes told for fun it seemed. Why, from time to time, she got her own fortune told! After frequenting the square several times whenever the fortune tellers where there gave her an idea. She seemed very interested in it, could it be something that she'd be happy doing? To answer this question, she'd open a fortune telling business that was a few blocks away from her family's home. The building itself wasn't much, a modest brick building that seemed to exude the same mystical and mysterious vibe that the square did whenever the fortune tellers where around. For that reason, it drew quite a few people to her establishment.

Tiare, herself was gifted with a special power, psychic power. She was gifted with that power at birth and as time went on, that power grew and grew. The first sign of her psychic power was when she accidentally exerted some of it, the result bended a spoon. The next instance was when she began to hear the thoughts of others within her own mind, she was able to read the minds of others and speak into them as well. The most interesting instance was that from time to time, Tiare receieved visions. These visions allowed for her to see into the future, at things that'd happen if things continued as things were. The girl's psychic power grew and grew as she got older. By the time she became a fortune teller, they had developed quite well. The girl's psychic powers made her a natural born fortune teller, it earned her a title, that title being "The seer of the future." Mainly because her fortunes were eerily accurate, she could see into one's past and their future and can even predict their future if they continue on their current path.

The Meowstic was quite a wonderful fortune teller, as a result, this caused many people to visit her, making her quite a popular fortune teller! The amount of people that visted her per day provided her with a fair sum of money, part of the money she kept. The rest of it, she sent to her family. After all, she cared for her family quite a bit and her business was there to provide for them, herself and at the same time, she was very happy with what she was doing. Things for Tiare went fairly well, people visiting wanting fortunes, being enthralled and mystified by the girl's psychic abilities and her fortunes, business was great! But things took a rather interesting turn when the Meowstic known as Luna_Meowstic paid her a visit several months after she opened at that location.

Luna didn't seem very convinced of her powers as a psychic nor believed that her fortunes were as accurate as they were said to be. To prove her patron wrong, she decided to tell her future but despite her best efforts, Luna didn't believe her fortunre nor was convinced that they were as accurate as she was told. After paying. ((A rather miniscule amount.)) She leaves, telling those that she knew within the city not to visit Tiare's establishment, that her fortunes were a sham and that she was a fraud. Just by telling a couple of people, Luna had started a fire of doubt over Tiare's abilities as a fortune teller and her fortunes. As time went on, that fire grew and grew, spreading throughout every district within the city of Mala. Were Tiare's fortunes as accurate as they seemed and was she really a great fortune teller, doubt flooded the minds of every citizen of Mala before the week was out. The next week, Tiare noticed that she wasn't getting as many customers as before.

This concerned her but she supposed that this was simply a slow time for her business. But, as time went on, fewer and fewer people visited her. After a while, one or two people, maybe ten at the max, visited in the week after that. Business was definitely slowing for her, why? The Meowstic sat in her fortune telling room after closing one night, thinking of a reason as to why this could be happening. Then, it struck her, Luna! She seemed like the sort who'd tell others not to frequent her, it didn't matter if she told one person or two. Just a single person would tell their friends, who'd tell more and more and more people, essentially, starting a metaphorical wildfire of doubt and disbelief over her abilities. Seeing as that her business was dying in Mala, she closes shop and leaves the city.

The Meowstic traveled the Sazeri Steppe to the north of Mala for a few days before coming to a beautiful forest of modest size. The beautiful and picturesque Lake Sazeri was located in the center of the forest, a large lake filled with cool, crystal clear water. Before the lake, one could see a large opulant mansion, a For Sale sign out front. Fortune was smiling on Tiare on this day as she purchased the mansion with the savings accumulated from her fortune telling business back in Mala.

Tiare's fortune telling business was revived at her home on the shores of Lake Sazeri. After sending out flyers advertsing her business, those interested in the Meowstic's business visited her home for Tiare to read their fortunes. The scent of sweet and exotic scented incense filled Tiare's home whenever she read one's fortune, not only that but her home was filled with a mystical and mysterious vibe. Tiare can be found here whenever she's at home, relaxing, within her library reading books amassed within that room, books on various wordly subjects.

When she's out, she explores the forest around her home and the country of Palisades. Tiare's business may have died out in Mala but her dream did not. Like her future it still shines brilliantly, as brilliantly as the sun. Tiare gets a fair sum of money from reading the fortunes of others. Part of the money that she earns is sent back to her family in Mala, the rest, she keeps for herself. Tiare didn't become a fortune teller for the money, she did it because it interested her, something that made her very happy to do. One thing is certain, Tiare's dream will never fade, it'll shine brilliantly, just like her future.

Appearance:

Tiare is a demi Meowstic who stands at 5'3. With a modest chest, not too big, not too small, just the right size. The girl's frame is very small and petite which makes sense considering that she doesn't weigh much. Why, could say that she's as light as a feather! She has light blue eyes that are as lovely as the blue sky on a clear day. And just as calm as her disposition whenvever one meets her. Tanned skin that came about from growing up in a tropical country like Palisades. Tiare's hair is of a blue color, long, soft, silky and voliminous, it runs down to her back. The girl's tails are always neat and kempt, not a single speck of debris or knot are in sight, a sign that she takes great pride in caring for her tails, tending to them each and everyday. The girl can often be seen wearing a dainty white sundress with a blue trim running along the bottom and neck of the garment. The dress shows off Tiare's breasts and curves very well, complimenting her cuteness and blue boots that match her dress.

Personality:

Tiare is a very interesting Meowstic. Those that meet her will meet one who's very calm ninety percent of the time. She's calm no matter the situation and because she shows no other emotion than calm, It makes it seem as if she's emotionless! However, the other ten percent of the time, she's full of emotion! To get Tiare to show emotion, one has to annoy her, irriate her or get her mad. However, getting her mad is very difficult due to how calm she is. One would really, REALLY have to try should they want to anger the psychic kitty. The calm disposition that Tiare has about her mixes the mysterious and mystical aura that's about her. This makes it very difficult, if not impossible for one to read her. What's she thinking? How's she feeling? What's she planning? Impossible to discern, this makes her unpredictable. One can only guess these things. Those that are friends of Tiare or close to her like her family, those that she hold dear, will see that she's a Meowstic who's relatively calm, doesn't let much bother her. But she's one who's intelligent, rational, studious, somewhat odd. ((The way that she's always calm certainly is odd, isn't it?)) Caring, sweet and kind. One who cares quite a bit for those close to her and will do everything in her power to help those in trouble. Whenever Tiare isn't busy tending to reading the fortunes of others, she can be found at home, relaxing, reading. When out and about, she often wanders the forest, exploring it. Sometimes, she pays the city of Mala a visit and has fun there like she used to do when she used to live there. This isn't the only place that she visits when she's out, she can be seen traveling all over the land, wanting to learn as much as she can about Palisades and someday, travel the world.

Powers and abilities:

Psychic prowess/Telepathy: Tiare was gifted with her psychic abilities at birth. The Meowstic's powers have been growing and growing as she got older. As they grew, so did the instances of her powers. With her powers, Tiare has become a great fortune teller who is happy with what she does. The Meowstic's psychic powers are used in her everyday life. They're used to defend herself from attack by being used to paralyze an attacker just by pointing her index finger at them, like that, they'll be immobilized! The effect wears off eventually but Tiare can undo the efforts. Another defense method employed with her psychic power is grasping an attacker. Those grasped by the girl's power will feel as if they're caught in the grip of a powerful vice. Squirming, struggling, wriggling about, nothing. The girl's psychic grip is just too strong! With one caught in her grip, she can then toss one away like a rag doll. Tiare isn't much a physical fighter, she fights with her psychic power. Besides, she won't fight unless threated. Not only does she use her psychic power in her everyday life and as a means of defense but she can also use it to read minds. The one who's she's mind reading will feel as if someone is within the depths of their mind, looking around. Its quite a strange sensation, having one reading your mind, isn't it?

Size Augmentation: When Tiare grasps one with her psychic power, she has two options, toss one away like a rag doll or augment their size. Should she decide to augment the size of the one grasped then they'll feel as if a sort of pressure, a rather light one is pushing down on their body, shrinking them gradually to the size that Tiare chooses! She can also enhance one's size as well. Though, its rare for Tiare to do this. The only times that she'll enhance someone's size if she's in a very, very good mood or if she's in the mood for some sort of fun. What kind of fun? Who knows? Who knows?

Prediction|Visions: Being a fortune teller, Tiare can often see glimpses of the future. These glimpses or visions are often about those around her, friends, family or herself. The visions that she has from time to time. Pertain to events that'll happen if things continue as they were. Tiare may be able to see into the future and predict it, doesn't mean that it can't be changed. The future isn't always set in stone, one can take action in order to prevent a certain future from happening if it isn't one that they like. Its what Tiare does if she has a vision that she doesn't want to happen! She takes action, changing things here and there and hopefully, adverting the chain of events that would have caused her vision to happen otherwise.

Hypnosis: This is one of Tiare's favorite abilities. With this ability, she is able to hypnotize others with her voice by speaking in a soft, calm and gentle manner or she can look into their eyes. Either way allows for her to hypnotize someone, the difficulty of doing so depends on their willpower. However, if their willpower is too strong then her attempt to hypnotize one will fail. Though, should she be successful in hypnotizing one then she'll be able to have quite a bit of fun with them. She may suggest that they willingly feed themselves to her, make them a maid or a servant, a pet. That's just a few of the things that Tiare may do to a hypnotized person, who knows what she'll do to one if she hypnotizes them!
