Just a younger/shota variation of the Good Hunter from Bloodborne. It can be believed that it was a hunter that pissed off the wrong Great One that made him to be... this.

Well, there is not much to say about Hunter. He is a standard Hunter within Bloodborne, and likes to stay relatively quiet. He wears the standard hunter gear (links with pictures below) and wields a variety of weapons. He mains using the Rakuyo, but will embrace the beast and use the beast claws when he needs to. To note, he only goes into the "Beast's Embrace" form when using the beast claw. On the side, he mainly uses a pistol. Though when needed, he will switch it out for the loch shield.
Personality wise, he is sort of quiet, but by all means he is not a shy person. He is just quiet due to the trust issues he has with people and... things. He is no stranger to the unknown and the abominable, considering his life. Though he will interact with nice individuals. When embracing the beast though, he is much more aggressive and is barely hanging onto his last threads of humanity. He is more likely to attack absolutely anyone on sight and his behaviour is more erratic.
Combat wise, he is skilled in what he does. Hunter does not block, he mainly uses his speed and agility to dodge and interrupt other attacks in order to get in his own. During combat, if he gets an opening, he could turn a hand or two into more... beastial-like forms and lunge. Though he prefers only to do this briefly when he has the opening to do so. He seems to have the Old Hunter Bone effects on, so some of his dodges seem like teleportations in whisps of smoke. If desperate, he will tap into his Beast Embrace a bit, but will try and use it sparingly, lest he lose control to beasthood. His main ability from that which is most commonly used is a horrid, inhuman wail that makes a shockwave around him, powerful enough to reflect most projectiles and send most beings flying. Not only that, but the howl itself can terrify those of weak will.
Thing such as the Kos Parasite and the Beast stuff have been upgraded in order to be able to actuall match up with certain things here.
