Peter Pula is a soul who knows crime like a child knows their mother. Of course, he's usually one of the most useful assets to whoever's performing the crime (if it isn't himself) as he can make sure multiple people are taken care of at once. He's got many more things in his toolbox - quick wits, lithe form that gets people questioning some things, and a way with words. He was, to put it simply, born for this.

With all that, you'd expect a person who was far from sunshine and roses. That descriptor is close to Peter's demeanor, but he's brighter than one would think. Life isn't too much of a serious thing for him, so he takes it as it goes - even if what he would take are crimes that could get him killed if his name was even suspected. Hey, life happens and you just have to commit a few felonies, right? Gahyuck!

There's not really a place where he resides. One day it might be in one area, the next it might be halfway across the world. No one knows - not even him. He just goes where cops aren't and hope he isn't basically killed for what he's wanted for. As previously stated - he takes life as it goes, and he's quick to adapt to many a thing. Including the police force of several nations.
