General:
Pakkun lizards are an incredibly rare breed of magical lizards that are happiest in the warmest, wettest regions of the world. Beaches, ponds, or other bodies of water have a seemingly magnetic power over the little reptiles - all of whom are quick to laze about in such charming atmospheres. Bolt is no exception.

The reason? Like any other Pakkun, Bolt is a natural master of water magic and is thus able to conjure up a whole host of tricks and surprises so long as he's got a decent amount of magical water energies to tap into. Aside from having someone inside of his belly to draw from (like a battery!), this requires for Bolt to be properly hydrated or otherwise situated nearby a significant source of water. ("Significant" meaning large enough to submerge himself in. A mere glass of water will likely lend very little assistance. A bathtub or swimming pool, on the other hand, will prove exceptionally useful to a Pakkun.) It is for this reason that Bolt is especially dangerous when found along beaches, riverfronts, or other waterfront areas. Prime hunting time for a Pakkun is during any sort of rainstorm (due to the excessive moisture.) That being said, even a mild sunshower is usually sufficient to perform most spells and trickery.

As a Predator:
Bolt, affectionately nicknamed by some of his previous prey as "The Squisher," has been known to snarf down whole meals in the blink of an eye. Anyone caught between his jaws is almost doomed to be sent on a one-way trip to his infinitely stretchy and equally tight gut. One would be careful to steer clear of this lizard, as his extra long tongue allows him to make quick work of those silly enough to come too close, and the sheer malleability of his midsection renders escape an absolute impossibility - regardless of the the physical prowess of its occupant.

GULP!
Once swallowed, prey will find themselves very quickly drained of a substantial portion of their bodily moisture and accompanying nutrients. This is how Bolt feeds. His prey will be left sweating and exhausted with their skin flush pink from overstimulation, their throats dry as if they had just run a marathon, and their head quite painfully pounding... At least, if Bolt drains them to their breaking point! He isn't usually that mean, but the lizard is quite a wildcard - some prey might simply be doomed to such a fate the moment he lays his cute little eyes on them! But no matter what or who Bolt decides to subject to his insides, the process is never, ever fatal. His body simply doesn't work that way, and frankly the little guy is much too nice to give such a notion any more than a passing thought! Bolt is a strictly "catch and release" sort of predator.

Trapped!
Pakkun bellies are incredibly compact, squishy, and muculent, all of which work together to firmly stuff their poor meal into a fetal position or other ball-like form. Even still, they are impossibly flexible and stretchy enough to fit nearly anything inside. No amount of struggling, pushing, shoving, or fighting will allow a captured prey their freedom. Anyone trapped inside of Bolt's tum is imprisoned for good without any hope of escape whatsoever... until Bolt decides that he's done with them, anyway! He's got an iron-clad tummy, out of which nothing can escape! Not magic, not claws, not superhuman strength, nothing! Even still, The Squisher's prey is welcome and encouraged to resist as hard as they wish! Bolt simply adores the feeling of wiggly, struggling meals bouncing around under his skin and will happily go to near any length to get it. The fact that he steals away some of their fluids (which in turn only makes his magical tricks even stronger,) in so doing is merely a helpful byproduct of the encounter.

All things considered, the little lizard doesn’t look particularly hazardous. Few would think that such a little creature was capable of swallowing up little more than a small fruit - much less a fully grown adult! After all, Bolt is just so cute and cuddly looking! Even the most careful prey tend to mistake Bolt's thorough and oftentimes invasive tongue-bathing as a sort of act of affection, and not as one that should rightfully be deemed an act of aggression. Those on the receiving end of a few licks almost always find themselves shoved tightly in with the rest of this little sneaker's meals! In short, Pakkun are not known for releasing their meals quickly, so prepare to be held for hours at a time should Bolt ever catch you.

Run Away!
One's best shot of escaping the little predator would be to take advantage of his slow-moving speed (due to his short little legs,) and his natural aversion to especially dry and especially cold areas. Deserts or frozen wastelands are a pakkun's worst enemy, as dehydration and freezing cold temperatures render them not only harmless but also quite incapacitated. (And don't even mention winter! Brrrr!)

As Prey:
Given his small size, it shouldn't be all too difficult for a larger predator to come along and make a meal of Bolt for a change. The most notable challenge that anyone fancying a pakkun in their tummy is the task of keeping the little one's tongue and magical bag of tricks in check. Equally adept at using his tongue to pull (quite literally,) himself out of otherwise precarious positions as he is at pulling others in, Bolt is something of a rockstar if he can use the appendage to its full ability, and his magical expertise only complicates matters.

Overall:
When he's not trying to stuff his tummy full of live, wiggly meals, Bolt is often quite a silly - albeit maddeningly mischevious - little lizard. Being that he has an appearance very much like that of a teddy bear or other stuffed toy, it is quite easy to pick him up and carry him around as such. He often uses this little trick to try to sneak into others' pockets, digging out what goodies he can find. Of course, his antics often fail miserably and usually result in hillariously comical scenerios.
