Preston Perry is a bubbly guy who always seems to have a knack for the theatrical. He always seems to get the lead part...even if they're already performing. Depending on the sort of set he's on, that can either spell disaster, or the best thing that's happened to the place.

Despite his close association with theater and all that comes with it, romantic works have never been something he's been first in running to be merely associated with. His records for kissing in a scene do align with the many times on set where he was reported to be running on near empty...and even times where he wasn't, he still went on and "derailed" the scene. Many reasons might've been behind those other times, but most rightly chock it up to gluttony and gluttony alone.

Gluttony for the front and center, gluttony for fame...plain old gluttony. Of course, that was mainly when a playwright didn't want him to end up with a bulging gut by the end of the scene. Those who did...well, let's just say the impact varied from the passing of a well-loved actor to the strike of local janitors. So, you may ask, how did these tendencies start?

Well, such might be obvious, but envy and competitiveness practically ran in his veins. Even since he was a child - hell, he was WORSE with it when he was one - he'd take first, no questions asked. He also had a passion for art throughout his childhood, but he wasn't the best. Once he caught wind of acting, it, his nature, and passions all clicked. Cut to the first play he played in; lead role in a cliche "Romeo and Juliet" type story, with him of course as the Romeo. The kiss goes too far, and curtains drop. The absence of a lead was like a car without a wheel, and the performance ended up crashing and burning.

His career did indeed go on the up and up from there; from smaller projects, to big ticket hits that scalpers try their damndest to make a quick profit off of. In the lulls of his career, he even got into movies! Movies one wouldn't watch any way other than completely alone, but movies nonetheless. Though, a good word from a few souls got him into films more meant for public eyes. All in all, in public and in private, Preston Perry is quite the showstopper~.
