Straight from the depths of hell these demons have been released to wreak havoc on the living world. For each ring a specific type of demon, specifically formed to punish the sinners of their circle.
The lust temptress, born from the sexual desires plaguing mankind. Her body is always curved to the perfect shapes of desire and her hair is long and supple, attracting male after male to fall for her seduction. There is a danger though to submitting to one's desires. When the succubus is satisfied her partner will get the surprise of what is truly hidden within.
With her legs spread she will let out a lewd moan, reaching down to pull her folds apart just before a monsterous appendage equipped with an eight inch barb at the end. She will do one of two things with this, the first of which is to coil around her prey before guiding them inside of her body through the very orifice they submitted their desires to. The second is usually a harsher punishment where the barb will pierce straight through her prey, eviscerating them as she pushes them inside to meet their fate, being changed slowly into a demon just like her.
Cerberus, the guardian of many netherworlds has been loosed to wreak his havoc upon the world as well. His form has taken on a new look with the feeding of living beings to the terrible monster. His body has muscularized, bulging with new musculature that was wasted sitting at the gates to the circle of gluttony. His skin has darkened, singed with the burning of the sun which he had been kept from for all of his life. Now his leathery hide has taken an ashy grey and his heads have reverted to a more canid shape, his jaws lined with rows of razor sharp teeth.
Throne Demon. These fallen angels watch over the inhabitants of the circle of greed, ensuring the fallen souls would be continually punished for their avarice in life. Now they are free and crave the very things they punished the damned for lusting over. Their bodies are built muscularly, their obsidian skin as hard as stone.
Phlegyas, a former king in his first life, morphed by the strength of his hatred for the true god this damned soul has become a hulking giant with skin as hard as diamonds. In the living world this demon has retaken his flesh but kept his hulking size. Now he takes the lives of whatever is unfortunate enough to cross his path. With his size the giant can easily take and swallow almost anyone, providing he doesn't crush them first.
The Heretic. The fallen priests of the City of Dis. These sorcerers in life have been given the powers of hell in their second life. They hold their staves high, chanting in a lost sanskrit language as they cast their spells over whomever may cross them. They can turn the forms of their targets to better suit their desires and may even charm their victims before carrying out their plans. They can also change their living forms, taking the shapes of many beasts to sate their desires they cast aside in the inferno.
Arch Demons, these fallen angels were among the first to be hurled from paradise, never to see the light of the sun again. Their forms have darkened, taking on a more terrifying shape as the demons spent time in hell, their skin scorching gradually in the heats of the Phlegethon until they took an obsidian form like their brethren. These demons love violence, adoring the rending of their victims before devouring them whole.
Malacoda, the demon angel of fraud and deceit. He comes to the world of the living wearing the flesh of his victims he can assume nearly any shape, taking on any personality he'd like to seduce and claim his victims.
Asterian Beast, the hulking beasts of burden that toil in the hellish environments of Hell, ensuring all fallen souls are punished for all eternity. These beasts have equally enormous appetites and forever feed on the souls of those they lord over. In the living world they quench their appetites by eating whatever is closest to them.
Death, the lord of the living, choosing who will die and when. His scythe is used to split souls from bodies and he will quickly absorb the soul that is severed.
