The Doll exists in the Hunter's Dream and appears to Hunters to look after them on their hunts. However, she has recently begun appearing in other dreams as well, though she finds it most peculiar. Most often, she will remain only in the Hunters dream and speak only to those who have seen things not-of-this-world.

The Doll will still help you level up, should you be playing a Bloodborne Hunter character. For ease of access, the Doll will now appear in other dreams via the Hunter's Dream so she can be played with more than exclusively Hunter characters. A hunter can also summon her. She is capable of all vore except vampiric or CV, though being digested is a bit different, as once inside the doll you are melted down and digested by her ancient Eldritch power or converted into experience.

The Doll is a switch, happily playing pred or prey!
