There is not much to say about this being. Other than that he is some sort of dark entity. Big to Isaac, yes, but after getting beat up he decided to get down to a more manageable size while still keeping his power. After his first defeat, that is when he lost part of his left horn and had to wrap himself in bandages. After the second fight is when he just gave up. Soon enough he decided to leave the basement and try and see what else there is to do. Surprisingly enough, his voice isn't too deep. If anything he sounds more like a late teenage boy.
Personality wise, Dark One is not really a relaxed person. He's sort of pent up and aggressive most of the time, but doesn't randomly lash out at people unless he really has a personal reason to. He's mainly friendly to some of the other beings in the basement, mainly ones like Lil Horn, sometimes Loki, etc. Doesn't mean he's entirely cold hearted to people and he definitely has his more playful moments, though those are usually when he is around people he is more close with or about to actually mess with someone.
