The Aequor Empire, pirate aesthetic, known for being the empire of crime, technically it isn´t an empire but a giant city full of pirates, bandits, sky pirates, etc
Story:
The island where not the city stands was part of an important trading route, so it was often a place where traders where assaulted by pirates and bandits
but one of them had an even bigger objective conquering the island and transforming it into a empire of crime, witht he help of many other pirates
he got what he wanted an island where any crime was legal, soon the word spread and became the beginnings of many powerful pirates that today
