Specialist Tezlah's real name is NOT, actually, Tezlah. He made that shit up. (Just kind of felt like adding an H on the end there and Zs look a lot cooler than Ss) His real name is classified. He didn't decide to classify it. His new boss did. Perhaps I should go back.
Tezlah-- before he was Tezlah-- was in college doing some extensive project when he fell asleep... and woke up with a jolt, to discover he was actually getting a LOT of jolts. The project had short circuited and was actually electrocuting him. In fact, it did that like half an hour ago and had just kept on doing it since. Which brought about a few startling revelations-- First, that hadn't killed him. Second, that hadn't even harmed him. Third, that burned the hell out of his clothes so shit he was practically naked.
FURTHERmore, with experimentation, he found he could GENERATE electricity with some ease. He managed to build a sort of staff to channel those electric generations to use as a weapon, and did what any college kid would do. Bought a kick ass leather jacket and became a petty thief.
PROBLEM was, he sucked. His staff broke immediately, and some police shot him in the shoulder and he fainted at the sight of his own blood. Wasn't pretty. So it looked like it was gonna be life in prison. Until his boss found him.
His boss hired him for a mercenary group known as the SHATTERED SKULLS. Since then, he was trained, got a considerably better staff, and got a briefcase full of parts to add to the staff for fun "effects". He carries both of those items into whatever immoral, money making military job his new boss tells him to do, and has since become a force to be reckoned with...
