In the Beginning:

In all of existence, there were great creations and huge tragedies. Most likely the biggest tragedy of them all takes the shape of a white dragoness with black stripes. She chooses to call herself Tetsuuya. Tetsuuya Acara. However, she was known all throughout history by many names. Evil, Death bringer, Tide turner to name a few. Her favorite amongst those names, because of all the names she was given it was the most fitting, came from a language long lost to time: Erndo Tensai. Roughly translated into the modern language it means “run on sight” because whatever you think how good your tactics where, whatever how big your army was, no matter how well you were prepared. Whenever one saw her, it did not matter. If you see her, run and if you are lucky, you might survive. For all intents and purposes, one could call her a true goddess, however it would be wise not to call her that to her face as the thought of being a mere goddess is an insult to her very existence. Like all tragedies, it all must come to an end, somehow, somewhen. Not for her though! Her existence knew no limits of time, space, or dimensions. She choose where to be, when to be. One can see her when they are merely a young child and again when they were old. For her it might be mere seconds as time flows around her, letting her pass freely. She might even first see them being old then as a young child, traveling backwards in time. Space and dimensions were no limits to her. She can be anywhere and everywhere maybe even all at once. She has traveled barriers no one knew even existing. Existence itself was just something to toy with for her.

In the End:

Civilizations fell before her. Planets devastated by her might. One wrong word was often enough to bring death and destruction. If she was after someone, they would be, at best, her toy and at worst destroyed. She loved to erase those who have wronged her from existence. Destroying them and undoing everything that person has created during their lives, leaving the world as if that person had never existed, because for everyone they never have. She could exist as a quadrupedal dragoness or walk among the creatures on two legs upright. Her size may change as well, being just as tall as the creatures around her, or big as mountains. Her might never changes, nor did that destruction she brought.

The Calm:

Ruthless and indifferent to everything around her. After all everything that exists was thanks to her allowing it to exist. Undoing it was as easy for her as snipping with a finger. It was good to be powerful, but it did also get boring. Her boredom was the catalyst for countless destroyed universes, but a select few have been spared from the devastating influence of the dragoness, by just that same boredom that plagued the dragoness. Not because they were safe for some reason, but because she chooses to. Just for her own amusement she pretends to be humble and powerless, hiding her true power. Depending on where one meet her, she can still be a ruthless ruler, a thief, a murderer, but without the bravado that comes with her existence. She can even pretend to be a lovely being in such a plane of existence. Hiding her true power, but without a doubt able to wield it, should she deem it necessary. Not knowing the true extend of her power one might even think her lovely.

The Storm:

Of course, unleashing her power and stretching her legs does come at times and is the fate of all those universes eventually. She had spent great many times, living the span of several lives among creatures that thought her not or barely more than themselves and she did let them believe as such. She could pretend that she liked the people around them loved some, even, but in the end, when she did get bored of the life she was living, she was going out with a bang, giving the place she has lived at a worthy send off, leaving nothing but devastation and an unlivable hell.

The Hunger:

This dragoness is hungry. Hungry for power, but she did become hungry in the more traditional sense. While it certainly was not necessary for her to eat, living off the limitless energy collected within her, she found great pleasure in tasting the finest meals. Unfortunately for everyone, she has developed a profound taste for flesh and living beings. If she sees someone and thinks they look tasty, she will have no qualms, stuffing them down her throat and into her belly. Less for hunger and more for pleasure, she can easily stuff someone up her pussy, or ass or down her cock, if she chooses to be equipped with one. The result will be all the same as whoever enters her body, in whatever way will very rarely let go to live and tell the tale. She can turn anything and everything… everyone into pure energy to absorb into herself, leaving nothing behind. She also takes pleasure giving someone a more traditional experience, digesting them with burning acids, like a normal creature would and turn them into waste, disposing of them in the natural way.

The small things:

She loves to toy with everything that exists and whenever she feels playful or bored civilizations have ceased to exist. But she also likes to pick someone, for no apparent reason, and influence their lives. Most of the times that person will never know that something was wrong, that their lives have been altered in a significant way and usually for the worse. She watches people struggle against whatever she threw at them as she plays her game with what is a full life she is destroying. Some of the games she is playing, but certainly not all of them.

A fate changed:

All throughout history there were great beings, persons who had great impact on their environment, ending hunger, developing medicines, ending wars, and bringing peace, saving countless lives with their accomplishments. They were beacons of hope in their civilizations. Their fate is destined for greatness, but what if… what if something happened… something not terrible… something minor. It could be on the way to university, someone crossing the street… Tetsuuya in disguise crossing the street, making them arrive just a few moments later than they would have. Not late for anything they have planned, but later than they would have. Fate had destined for someone to be there to realize the great potential of that person, but now they never met and thus fate was changed. That person will continue with their mediocre lives, finding nothing apparent at miss, since they cannot point at a specific event that held them back, but they feel like they have missed their purpose, drifting by with their potential being wasted and the lives they could have saved, lost. In the end, moments before their death, they will see the dragoness appear in front of them, showing them what could have been and what she has taken from them, showing all the accomplishments they were destined to have, the honor, the recognition, the impact they should have had. The life they were destined to have, all taken away, making them awfully aware of what they have felt their whole life had been missing. Then… they die as just another person, barely worth noticing in the world they have lived in. The dragoness always changed just one aspect of one's life and the less noticeable it was, the better. She could turn off the alarm clock off before an important exam for someone, but that would leave that person to wonder what could have been. No… She liked it more when the nudge was so minor and so subtle that no one would even notice at all and watch that person drift further and further away from their fate as their life continues.

A life stolen:

Sometimes nothing works and everything goes wrong. Obviously, some people are luckier than others, but then there are people who seem to have run out of luck their whole life. Maybe it was that way, but maybe it was the dragoness playing one of her games with yet another life. Accompanying that person, sometimes without them knowing, sometimes as a shadow they are awfully aware of being the reason for their misfortune. It would start right at the moment that person is born. Things mysteriously breaking, a birthday cake falling to the ground, parents divorcing, or dying mysteriously. It would continue though the teenage years with rumors being spread and being ignored by everyone, tests having just the questions that this person could not answer, the bus to the trip they were planning breaking down. And in adulthood it would not get any better. The car breaking down just before an interview to a job, being kicked out of their apartment, being bullied at work. Every time something could go right, it did instead go wrong. Soon people around that person would realize that it was dangerous to be around. People have died in a car accident that person had as someone blew a red light and crashed into them. They were not at fault, but just… unlucky. People starting to get wary and tend to stay away. They were a cursed person whom should not be trusted or one might be caught up in their misfortune. The only blessing the dragoness gave them was a long life, just to make them suffer more. Ending their life however, was the only moments where that person did get lucky, or stayed unlucky depending on how one would see it. Trying to overdose but being found just in time to be saved, trying to shoot themselves but the weapon mysteriously malfunctions, jumping off a building but surviving the fall with minor injuries, trying to hang themselves but the rope breaks… No matter how much that person tried they would be unsuccessful and had to wait and endure what was a life without luck, a life that did get worse at every time, a life that had been stolen from them.

The charade:

Sometimes it was not all that bad. Sometimes she did not play with other people's fate. Sometimes she pretended a life for herself. A charade. Being able to pass time and space like she pleases, hopping through dimensions, she does know some nice places to live, pretending to be someone. She could live on a planet where only anthros exist, anthros mixed with humans or just humans, making her the only one standing out. With just a snip of her fingers she could create the past of her own life she is pretending. Memories documents and technology. It did not matter. Everything did contort for there to be nothing amiss, no matter how hard someone would search. She could be a feral dragoness burning down castles and stealing princesses in medieval times, an evil ruler over a kingdom, a thief and murderer desperately searched for by police, or just someone trying to live their life pretending to be just like everyone else. The charade would continue the whole life she is pretending, or just a part of the way, abandoning that plane of existence usually with showing her true nature, demolishing the civilization, including betraying those who have been around her and thought her charade was, who she really is. She would show no signs of remorse in any sort of way. Those feelings are as far below her as are the other creatures. Some might be shown glimpses of her power throughout those lives. Being it stealing someone away to devour them in peace. When one is taken by her like that, they cannot be sure where they are, or even when they are as she kidnapped them to a quiet place to have her way with them, wherever and whenever that would be. She also loves to hide them from view in plain daylight, devouring someone in the middle of the street, in a store, a gym. Anywhere where are a lot of people. No one would notice them in any way as her victim struggles and screams for help with everyone passing by, unable to hear or see them.

In short:

Limitlessly powerful dragoness. Able to travel through time and space and be everywhere. She can be anthro or feral, female or herm. Any size she wants from tiny to as tall as mountains. Usually evil. She could also pretend to live a normal life somewhere, somewhen and able to fit in any setting that could be thought of.
