Hey, c'mon, c'mon! Where's this new King of Fighters tournament at?
===================
I'm just gonna tag ZergAlts up here before the end of the profile because there's a little quote that I believe should belong down there. And yes, this is yet ANOTHER male fanalt from the hivemind of ZergAlts. Not many ladies, but it's really a matter of wanting to play WITH them than as them. It's an odd feeling, but you'll know it when you feel it. At any rate, SNK poster boy Terry Bogard, everybody!

A bit of backstory regarding Terry: He's the main character in SNK's Fatal Fury series of fighting games, though he's also known for appearing often in the King of Fighters series, being one of the many that's had a solid attendance record by being in every game in the series, excluding a few non-canon games. To wit, he's also appeared in SNK crossover games, such as Capcom vs. SNK 1 and 2, SNK vs. Capcom Chaos, and NeoGeo Battle Coliseum. He is one of two adopted sons to Jeff Bogard, his brother being Andy Bogard. Terry has the well-earned title of The Legendary Hungry Wolf, as a pet monkey named Ukee, and loves basketball.

To the left is Terry's most iconic outfit. Rarely does he deviate from the normal formula within his appearances in the King of Fighters franchise. That formula, if I'm going to fill space over here, consists of his famous red-and-white baseball cap with the sleeveless red vest(?) and white muscle shirt underneath, along with black fingerless gloves, a pair of blue jeans and red Converse-ish sneakers of sorts. Ashley_Urikoshima would be proud, you can imagine. Though, Terry DOES boast an alternative outfit that premiered in Garou: Mark of the Wolves, and I personally like that outfit better. The alternative outfit ditches much of the top half with a brown leather bomber jacket (awesome!) and a normal white t-shirt underneath. A belt buckle makes itself known along with trading in the Converses for black/brown shoes. Terry also lacks his cap with this appearance, but the gloves remain.

Terry Bogard is an incredibly charismatic, cheerful and friendly man with everyone around him. He bears no ill will towards anyone other than Geese Howard, the killer of his adoptive father. His relationship with Andy is that of respect, recognizing his younger brother as a potential rival. He feels a sense of kinship with Blue Mary for her loss, but doesn't seem to really want a real relationship with her. He treats Rock Howard, Geese Howard's kid, as his own son, but allows him to choose his own path in life (see: Rock's ending in Mark of the Wolves). He teasingly calls Rock, "Rookie". Terry is also well-informed of what goes on in the streets.

Terry uses a mixture of boxing, karate, kung fu, kickboxing and street fighting moves to create a very unique fighting style. He learned chi techniques from Hakkyokuseiken master, Tung Fu Rue, explaining the Power Wave, Power Dunk, and all his other explosive moves. He had also learned martial arts directly from his adoptive father, Jeff Bogard. Other sources state his fighting experience was also gained from brawling on the streets for years to hone proper techniques for himself, where he tested out varying methods of fighting to his tastes. Terry is an all-around fighter, with extensive knowledge of many martial arts techniques. He uses many variations of punches, such as hooks and uppercuts and can also kick with ease. One of his signature moves, the Power Dunk, was inspired by Terry's love for basketball.

"If the laws of nature allowed it... I would bear that man's children." -- Ellis_.
