The Feeling pokemon
Biology
Ralts is a bipedal Pokémon with a white body. Its body and legs seem to resemble a nightgown or an over sized dress. Its green hair resembles a bowl cut, which covers most of its face. Its hair is split by two flat red horns, a large one toward the front and a smaller one at the back. A view from below shows that it has a pair of red eyes.
Ralts uses the horns on its head to read people and Pokémon's emotions. It is known to inhabit urban areas, but it does not normally show itself to humans. However, when it senses happy feelings, it will approach people. If its Trainer is in a cheerful mood, it also becomes cheerful and joyous. If it senses warm feelings, its body will slightly warm up. It takes cover if it senses hostility.

History:
Tepo has been a really nice boy from well..what from what he can remember anyway. He was never violent towards any other pokemon and always listened to people and tried his best to help them the best he could. He was very happy with his life and had no regrets and never really got sad or angry with anyone or anything.
When he was still in an egg both his birth parents had died in a fight trying to save his life, the pokemon attacking didn't see his egg and left him there. After a couple of months he was born into the world. He didn't know who his parents were or what parents are so he simply lives his life still utterly clueless.
He is incapable of speaking english at the moment and can only speak in pokemon, he can be caught just like any other pokemon in his demi-form and since he hasn't had the proper teachings his powers will sometimes go off without warning, but he's a pretty weak pokemon so its doubtful he'll hurt anything.

He has been practicing getting himself to be stronger and to protect himself so he isn't a weak pokemon and can be looked up with respect by other pokemon. He doesn't have any parents or friends and doesn't go to school but he's learning how to speak human language, though he still prefers to use telepathy and most often than not use telepathy unconciously, giving himself away to anyone that hears him..
After a little bit of time in the park he's learned of its dangers and he's learned a little bit of english, although he prefers to cling to his feral side of life, despite him being half human.
