Meet Jennifer!

At fifteen years old, Jenny is probably the youngest tech expert already in the field... and most likely the smallest, too! She started her own business when she was just fourteen, after helping some of her friends' grandparents with their computer woes and getting a rather generous check out of the deal. Through the power of networking, she managed to make a name for herself amongst the older population, fixing boot issues, updating software, providing internet connectivity, and getting rid of viruses and spyware.

This might be a normal story if it weren't for one little fact: Jenny is only 5 inches tall! Plus she has wings, iridescent dragonfly wings emerging from her back, with a wingspan of nearly four inches. Oh, and she can fly, though interestingly enough that ability isn't based on her wings, but rather on innate manipulation of mana. Speaking of which, she can tap into ancient, arcane ley lines due to her inherent magical nature. She knows a number of charms, spells, hexes, and enchantments.

That's right, Jennifer is a fairy, one of the fey folk, a pixie or sprite, if you will. At first people were distrustful of her, curious about what she was, meeting her and her family with uncertainty when they emerged from the untamed wilds of the pristine Canadian woodlands. Whereas most pixies are primitive tool-users in their native environment, organized into clans and family groups, Jennifer's primary family adapted to modern life quite quickly, having observed humanity from the border of the forest for several years. Jennifer especially was a quick learner, who found she had an affinity for all things technological, from the simplest of calculators to the most advanced robotics she could get her tiny hands on.
