Tasia

Everyone's got secrets. Everyone has their own little tricks, their little details they don't want others to know, their hidden desires. Some people, however, happen to have bigger secrets than others. Isn't that always the way it is, though?

Anastasia Markland is definitely a girl with secrets. That statement MIGHT be a bit redundant, if she were normal. The thing is, though, she has ONE secret that rather dwarfs the usual girly secrets, like secret crushes, secret bisexual inclinations, and the like. Tasia has all of those, too, but her biggest secret is what she actually is.

You'd never be able to tell by looking at her, of course. Outwardly, she looks perfectly normal, perfectly human. She's a bit tall, perhaps, at five feet ten inches tall, but there are taller boys and girls in her class. She's.... well, stacked(DD at LEAST), to put it bluntly, but she's hardly the first. She's got gorgeous, electric blue eyes, which are certainly striking, but it seems normal enough, in the end. Her skin is slightly pale, and unblemished, but with the right products, any girl can be like that. She's healthily toned, as well, but don't all girls aspire to be that way, in high school? In a word, she seems normal.

The thing is, though, that she isn't human. She's close, but she's not actually there. She is, in fact, a Mage, capable of various types of magic, among other things. You'd /never/ be able to tell by looking at her, really! ... however: How the hell does being a Mage WORK!?

It's simple enough, really. The primary difference between a Mage and a mere human is the ability to use magic, but magic has to come from SOMEWHERE. As it happens, the most basic ability of a mage is common to humans as well, which is to say, the conversion of matter to energy. Where a human eats to fuel their body, a mage eats to fuel their body and their magic. In addition, a mage's body is adapted to make the most of their ability, allowing them an impressive degree of fine control over their metabolism, amongst other things. Any mage can easily fit more food than a human would ever consider possible into their gut, for example... or, you know, eat a hapless human snack. It may have been a mage who inspired the story of Hansel and Gretel, for example.

That's not all there is to it, of course. There are other details, but those are the sort of thing to be revealed over time. Really, it'd just be BORING to leave all those lying around where just anyone could read them. Still, though, if you think about it, her abilities as a mage might just explain Tasia's fantastic figure...

Aside from that, though, she IS normal. She's used to dealing with normal folk, too, so she tends to keep a lid on her abilities. After all, why cause a big, unpleasant incident when you can just... behave yourself? (not that all mages CAN. Tasia's not fond of those who can't).

There are other perks, of course, to being what she is. The ability to detect magic is a fairly obvious one(an old adaptation, perhaps, to find one's competition for resources? Hm), but she can also eat a LOT more than anyone else, and not gain a bit of weight unless she chooses to! Which... yeah, probably explains her massive rack. She was a young, jealous teenager once upon a time, after all. However, another, more important benefit is that she has a means of reforming. After all, the smart mage is ALWAYS prepared.

Personality-wise? Tasia's friendly enough. She's a bit quiet, often, but she's demonstrated a snarky sense of humor in the past, as well as a certain delight in embarrassing others. She is, also, a bit of a junk food junkie, almost always munching on some snack or another, always with a sweet drink handy. And... well, she's definitely friendlier toward girls, with a fondness for snuggling that MIGHT plant a smaller friend's face firmly into her ample cleavage. She seems to linger against them, as well. Little things, little touches. Doesn't stop her from flirting with the guys, some, though.
