Sis! Stop talking about that! We're in public!

Ah, Tara... you should know better than to fight against your instincts! But, ah well... you're cute enough that you'll never have that problem, probably.

Meet Tara Daniels. She's just a girl! And she INSISTS on that, no matter what's said! ESPECIALLY by her family!

Alas for her, she's not just a normal girl. Tara's anything but. Her family's special, descended from Royalty! Mind, it's so long in the past that everyone else could be as well. They aren't, though... not from this bloodline. The family never spread very far out, and kept close.

Which may not be so good, in the end. There's only one family, at this point. A family of six, with Tara as the baby of the group at sixteen years old. Her big sisters have moved out by now, to start their own families, at least in theory, but at the same time they never stop visiting. And, her sisters and her mother all say the same thing...

'Grow up, Tara! It's time you embraced your differences and ATE someone already!'

Ugh! The idea... well, she won't deny that it's appealing, but Tara is a bit more timid than her sisters. She's nervous about doing this sort of thing, particularly with people she knows! She LIKES a lot of them, after all! Her friends would be dead if she ate them, dead and gone, and she'd hate that. And grabbing a stranger off the street wouldn't feel right, either, and if the bully disappeared, and Tara did as well at the same time, for a few days, oh how the rumors would spread... no, it's safer not mucking about with that sort of thing at ALL, isn't it?

So Tara tries to distract herself with one of her greatest loves: Exercise. Tara loves to run! She really enjoys it, though she's not got the best stamina, nor the best speed. Still, it keeps her pleasantly fit, even if it never does anything about her figure. She's fairly strong, stronger than she looks like she would be, but she's still got that lovely padding there, even without eating anyone. One can only imagine what a full meal like that would do to her.

Still, she's pretty adamantly set against it! It's led to some awkwardness for her, over the years. Her mother and sisters, the predators of the group(her dad's normal, go figure), have each gotten so exasperated with her at some point or another that they've simply eaten her to try to teach her a lesson! And, well, they're better fed than she is, and stronger, so she tends to wind up squirming in a domed-out belly, however she happens to get there. So undignified.

Still, she's stubborn. Every bit as stubborn as they are, if not more so! Odds are they're not changing each others' minds anytime soon. And so, Tara's left alone for the most part, struggling to be normal. Well, as normal as a potential predator can be, when she gets hungry looking at her cute friends...
