Tanya_Nova
Tanya is the byproduct of an experiment gone wrong. (Or gone completely right depending how you look at it.) A scientist named John Rawlins had a fascination with aquatic animals. He designed large aquariums and kept enormous coral reefs in his labs. For the longest time, he never set out on any grand research adventures, merely found the most efficient ways to replicate a oceanic ecosystem. Growing older in age however, John wished to make his name known for more than just his magnificent displays. He set out to find a way to fuse gills into human beings in order to allow them to breathe underwater. Like most research, many experiments failed, but after a few years, he had mice swimming underwater with little to no problems! Science boards however refused to fund or even recognize his work making authorizing human experimentation virtually impossible. They claimed the work was highly immoral and dehumanizing to mankind. Motivated by pride, John went ahead and let the experiments begin. On the down low, John abducted humans deemed by hum and his staff as people "who wouldn't be missed" and proceeded to run tests. With high risk, several specimens failed and most died. Experiment 117 however, Tanya Nova had a type of success. Using DNA from a Tiger Shark, Dr. John attempted to mutate gills into the woman's body. The drug however was a little more potent than he had thought and it yielded a transformation into the creature you see before you. She was quickly moved to a holding tank for observation. Finding no medical issues with his new creation, John moved to trying to interact with her. To his demise, Tanya had become more shark than anyone had thought. One dreadful night, the doctor went missing. His staff searched anywhere, but the only sign they could find was a shoe near Tanya's tank. It wasn't long before they found Tanya with a bulging belly and a worried look upon her face. She feared for her life and ran. It was amazing she was able to get away, but eventually she found herself in Nexus Park and here is where she lives.
Tanya does not remember anything before her transformation. She hardly even remembers her creation except that at one point she came to be. For the most part, Tanya is approachable or shy around strangers. Her human-like aspects allow her to be playful with friends and even romantic towards attractive mates. However, her adrenaline controls her other half. If pushed too far she can loose control and become as aggressive if not more than any other shark with blood in the water. What makes her deadlier is the fact you're not safe if you make it to dry land.

Open to ideas.

To be determined as issues arise.
Please don't approach IC unless you know me. I don't like feeling forced into a RP.
I prefer playing with Switch characters. Leaves the possibility of anyone ending up in anyone's belly. ^.^
