Tammara Sephros, younger sister of Kinami Sephros, and the 'black sheep' of the family, she was born a demon naturally, unlike Kinami who was an angel-turned demon, and the story behind Salatari is a even stranger one....
Regardless, shes the 'black sheep' because she is a virgin, and has been for several thousands of years, and doesn't seem to have any qualms about it or be intent on changing it anytime soon. On top of that, shes not as open to take what she wants, either...shes very, very shy and was rather shunned for it by her cousin, and her dear sweet mother who kept telling her she'd have to give up eventually or her powers will wither away and die.
Her powers though, didn't go away and die-they just got so weak she can't even really use them, and sort of 'hibernated' away within her..truly, if she were to lose her purity..shed probably get them back, but would she use them?..probably only for a lover.
As stated, shes shy, and nervous around people because she still -does- have those..
cravings, and that insatiable need to cave to peer pressure pounding in her head constantly, considering she has a sister like Kinami its no doubt that she, if given the proper motivation..would rock someones world.

Sirens Voice: her voice is much more heavenly than her sisters, so she's able to sing wonderful melodies, she has a bit of siren in her, so it could do anything from luring, to relaxing, to making someone want to tear their ears out, she can only do this when shes completely relaxed.
