Talia Rapere is a monstrous harpy that makes her home in a nest atop a lonely mountain. It wasn't always lonely, mind you, but being a beastly, odious, selfish being, Talia had long since driven off a few of the harpies that shared her mountain with her...and devoured the rest. She wasn't always like this...

Some time ago, she swooped down on a young knight, and pulled him back to her nest. Upon removing his helmet, she became smitten by this human, and how handsome he was, and released him. The young man would visit Talia periodically, despite her appearance and status as a monster, and the two would become close for a time—despite her occasionally boorish nature. That is, until, one day, he stopped visiting her. She searched the lands for him, following his scent, until she found his mount outside of a small cottage in a meadow. Peering through the window, she saw the love of her life in the embrace of an elven woman. Quickly losing her composure, she demolished the cottage, and made the knight watch as she tore into the elven maiden—marring her beauty and shredding her clothing with her talons—before devouring the both of them, and the knight's steed, whole. With her heart broken and her soul drenched in misery, she decided on that day that others must be made to suffer as she has...

RAW DATA:

Talia is 95/5 pred, Strength-type. At 16' tall and over 1700 lbs of muscle, fat, and feathers, she's more than a little intimidating. Her knees are double-jointed, with her talons serving as her hands and fingers. At the tips of the second joint of her wings are a set of small, three-fingered, talon-like hands that she can use to manipulate or hold objects. Despite her huge build, she is capable of staying aloft for some time, soaring and gliding with relative ease, even with a full stomach. Her heavy build also allows her to use powerful diving attacks, capable of shattering stone, trees, and anyone who happens to be below and in her path. Her powerful lungs and vocal chords allow her to unleash a deafening screech, capable of stunning and knocking over her foes for a short while.

As it currently stands, Talia's cruelty cannot be diminished—the wounds in her heart are still fresh for her—but, as time passes, who knows? Maybe some man—or woman, she's not picky nowadays—can melt the ice around her broken heart. No risk, no reward~. <3

AS PRED:

She loves nothing more than overpowering, dominating, and bullying others, taking what—and who—she wants. She's taken entire groups of adventures, armored knights with their horses, and even other monsters as meals. She most enjoys, probably to an unhealthy level, children, feigning kindness, torments them with horror stories, lulls them into confidence...then, devours them whole, savoring their soft flesh and terrified screams.

While she often simply takes her meal whole, kicking and screaming, she sometimes revels in the torment of her victims; males are brutally molested, suffocated or crushed with her thighs, bosom, hindquarters, or talons, whereas females tend to be slammed against objects, or be clawed until they are covered in scratches and clothing remnants. All of her victims, whether whole or (rarely) in pieces, wind up within the crushing walls of her stomach.

Talia, due to having her heart broken in the past, has a burning hatred towards elven females, and will pursue one first and foremost, even if weaker, closer, and/or more dangerous preys are available.

Talia DOES have a weakness for non-prey food, selfishly and gluttonously wolfing down sweets, roasted meats, and cheeses as fast as she possibly can. She also has a love for strong and sour alcoholic beverages.

AS PREY:

Talia does not appreciate irony. Despite her monstrous size and fearsome abilities, she can still be subdued and eaten by someone larger and more determined than she is.
