Taburyk is considered the High King of the Uragi as of now, though started as a Prince of just his people, the Sehkt.
He is 12'8" right now (though he grows slowly, he will be over 20 feet tall like his people at some point).
Unlike female Uragi, male Uragi can fly, so Taburyk can sprout wings from his back and take off.
