Appearance: Tina's base form, the one she's in whenever she isn't under a transformation effect, is that of a busty, violet-haired lady with light blue eyes. Her body is of a slender build, not too much muscle on her, though she does have some rather nice curves to her. She can often be seen wearing an undersized white labcoat, with a form-fitting black shirt and shorts underneath. She also likes to wear a pair of round-framed glasses, which serve to help her see tiny objects better, though she takes them off when she expects to look at things in the distance.

Abilities:
Tina has created a pair of high-tech ray guns, built using only the most advanced technobabble available, that possess the ability to transform just about anything into just about anything. She keeps one of these "TF guns" on her person at all times, while the other generally stays in her lab. Her favorite hobbies all revolve around "testing" the TF gun on "volunteers", though she tends to save the most fun experiments for herself.
Tina's two favorite transformations to use on herself are "Herm" and "Breast Augment", which turn her from female to hermaphrodite and make her breasts larger, respectively. She's used these two settings on herself so much that her body has somehow gained the ability to apply them even without the TF gun, if she focuses hard enough.
The controls for the TF gun are very simple and intuitive, so if someone else gets ahold of the device, they can use it quite easily, even turning it against Tina.

There are a few minor limitations to what the TF gun can do. First, TF gun transformations are purely physical, they do not directly alter the mind (although if someone believes their mind should have been altered, they may still behave differently from normal). This means that if a dog is transformed into a beautiful human woman, the resulting woman will have all the intelligence and instincts of a dog. Conversely, if a beautiful human woman is transformed into a dog, the resulting dog will have the intelligence, knowledge, and personality of the woman who was transformed. It is entirely possible to transform people or animals into inanimate objects, but Tina makes it a point not to transform inanimate objects into people or animals, as the results would almost certainly be disappointing, and likely disturbing too.

Second, TF gun transformations are inherently non-lethal. In fact, as long as certain safety measures in the gun are not manually overridden, anyone so transformed will actually become very difficult to injure or kill for the duration of their transformation. However, this protection is not foolproof. A sufficiently determined individual can still kill someone who's under the effects of the TF gun. The exact level and nature of the protection afforded by the gun depends on the form used (and on the preferences of the involved RPers).

Third, TF gun transformations must be programmed into the gun beforehand, with the except of Clone Forms, which can be scanned on the fly (see below). What this means in practice is that, if Tina (or anyone else with her gun) gets inspiration for a new transformation, she can't immediately use the TF gun to cause that transformation (unless it can be formed by combining existing transformations); she has to have a bit of time to set up the new form. That said, a "form" can be as simple as "adds two inches to height", or "changes hair color to fuschia"; it doesn't need to describe every detail of what the target ends up like if it's not going to cause significant changes.

Fourth, TF gun transformations are inherently non-permanent. Most transformations last no more than an hour, though the exact duration is entirely up to the one programming them. Tina rarely, if ever, sets durations for longer than about a month, though reapplying a transformation will reset the time limit. External factors can also cause a transformation's effects to exceed its preset duration, in accordance with the second limitation above. For instance, if someone is shrunken down with the TF gun, and is in a cramped space (such as a belly) when the time limit runs out, they will remain shrunken until there's enough room for them to grow back to size. As another example, if a man is transformed into a woman, and then impregnated, that person will remain a woman until such time as there is no longer a baby inside their womb (for one reason or another).
UPDATE (2017/12/11): Thanks to Amira_, transformations can now be made permanent! But safety measures still GENERALLY make sure transformations will wear off eventually, and these must be overridden.

The TF gun can be set to transform a person's clothes along with their body, though it does not automatically do so. Wardrobe malfunctions are not uncommon where the TF gun is involved.

*Any liquids resulting from transformation will try very hard to remain connected to themselves, if only by the thinnest of strands. Should the connection break completely, the largest portion thereof will be the "core" of the transformed person/animal/object, with any smaller portions no longer being considered part of them unless later reunited with the "core". No matter how small the "core" gets, when the transformation wears off, the person/animal/object will be fully restored from it. Because Science.

The TF gun can also scan the bodies of people, animals, and objects, and store that data in a "clone" form. This is a useful baseline for designing new forms, and can also be used to transform a target into an exact duplicate of someone/something previously scanned. Generally speaking, Tina doesn't keep clone forms in her TF gun after making more generalized forms out of them, but there are some she quite likes, and will hold onto.
