TAC

A strange, cat like entity that looks (and acts) like that of a burglar. While specializing in stealing, TAC also seems to draw a bit from that of the ninja, usually in the form of unmatched stealth and speed. True to it's nature, TAC is skilled in stealing things, the bag hauled around with it pointing as an indication of just how much it likes to steal. However, the art of pickpocketing isn't just a fundamental physical trait but one that seems to extend to far greater means. Basically, TAC can (and will) steal the very essence of power from the person it has jabbed it's hand into. The power that TAC stole will transform the cat like thief into a totally different monster further disguising it's already unknown form to match the ability it stole. Alongside this power stealing attribute lies the ability to fly, primarily in a vertical rocket propulsion manner. The means of flight doesn't seem very flexible and seems to merely give TAC a chance to get to a much higher place to escape.
