Subject number XIII was developed as a symbiotic tool to be used as a medium for organic life to safely travel in extreme conditions, however the being began showing erratic behavior uncommon with our previous projects. Testing began into discovering what had been the catalyst for this phenomenon. Traces of a strange nano element yet undiscovered were found in the cell layer of XIII, he worked as intended for the most part, however one of it's users began to become cautious of the thing, when questioned he provided no answers. I should have noticed his odd behavior as a sign of his ill intent sooner. During it's last experiment we decided to allow a new user to bond with it, not willing to put Adam in control during his unstable state. During the experiment Adam offered his help to the new user, a female employee named Tanya Alexses, she was having trouble interfacing with XIII and needed assistance. Adam was the expert there so he approached. That's when the incident occurred, upon approaching the Symbiote seemed to lunge for Adam, clinging to his body, it had begun bonding completely with him. What's worse is that poor Tanya was stuck, unable to break free, she was pulled into the Symbiote and in turn Adam. The three of them fused into some kind of monster. The host ended up being Tanya meaning Adam was rejected, his master plan fell short and he was reduced to nothing but nourishment for Tanya and the Symbiote, I would have hoped this meant Tanya could control the suit but alas he consciousness had slipped and the Symbiote was now in full control. I just wish i had done something about Adam sooner, now we have unleashed something terrible upon the world.
