Sylvia the Sylveon is a wild, level 63, Sylveon. She hatched as an Eevee normally but because of other, much bigger Pokemon, wanted to eat her she had to adapt and learn to also eat Pokemon. Ever since she caught her first prey she has loved eating other Pokemon.
At level 30 Sylvia evolved into a Sylveon which made it easier to catch prey and get caught by predators.
Her cheery personality and small size often got her in rough situations with predators and escaped them unscathed... but that may change soon.
