if sylvia or hir mate are in heat,add +5 to the initial d20 and + 1 to the d6 if both are in heat, d20+10,excess of 20 halved and added to the d6 roll, d6 +2
if there is a fertility spell is in place, d20+5,d6+1,stacks with the effects of heat
note that this system can result in ridiculously sized litters,in the event a mother cant handle that many at once,all eggs are fertilized,but any more than the mother can safely carry are put in a stasis spell and held safely within their body,and immediately implanted once the first litter is born(though this can still be bad news of you rolled a high litter and your species only develops one at a time)
