Syla_Mew

Syla, a Mew hatched in the Kanto region! Much like the rest of her species, Syla is incredibly illusive. A person has a one in a million chance of even getting the opportunity to see her. And thanks to her ability to shapeshift, they'd have to be even more lucky to realize what they were looking at. The Mew is incredibly playful, enjoying nothing more than playing little pranks and teasing those she comes across. However, as soon as she's spotted, she freezes up, the Mew not exactly being the best with people. If spotted, she'll usually attempt to flee, knowing full well how rare and valuable her kind is considered.

Syla can be found in either her normal or human form. It mostly depends upon the Pokemon's mood.
