Nexus City is a location of great power the central most important city of the known world. After the convergance an event which shattered much of the original order many different beings and powers were brought to this city. Beyond the walls is a complex world of different planes pressed into each other all happening at once. People rarely leave Nexus City as there is no-where to go. Only heros manage to keep this city safe will you be a hero, a villain, just a civilian or a mix of all three when you enter the city.....

Character Creation
Character Creation is relatively simple and done in the same way these Hero's and Villains are created. You tell me the powers of your character as we work together to decide how they work. Try not to have more than one big power so that we can be specific and don't power game. I no longer really enjoy doing non-canon no stat scenes.
Stats:
Hit Points: The amount of physical attacks your character can take.
Mental Defence: The amount of mental attacks your character can take.
Physical Attack: The amount of damage you deal physically.
Mental Attack: The amount of damage you deal mentally.
Physcal Power Ranges:
Low 1D2 - 1D4
Moderate - 1D5-1D7
High - 1D8 -1D10
Extreme - 1D10+

Combat
Combat is intiated when in a scene one party attempts to attack another. There are a few different scenarios for combat. But they involve parties rolling against each other in order to reduce the other to zero hp. Physical attacks roll against physical hp and mental ones roll against mental hp. When groups fight people pair off. Or if a group is fighting a single opponent they choose a primary fighter and they receive boons to help with the combat.
Slice of Life
This is farely simple. I will roll non-heroic NPC's frequently and maybe even add them to the lore as the page develops. Seduction and relationships can be acheived by role-playing and attempting to form these relationships with people. I am happy to play slice of life.
Lore
Nexus City - A city located at a convergance of energy both magical and scientific it is riddled with crime and corruption.
NCHA - Nexus City Heroine Agency an agency which many heroines work for.
NCPD - Nexus City Police Department a relatively uncorrupt police department.
The Wards - An organization for powered younger or newer heroes to learn how to safetly fight crime so that they are not swiftly defeated.
Key Events:
1. The Endbringer Event: A period of time where a very powerful dragon held the city in terror eventually defeated by a number of heroes a number died in this fight and Endbringers minions now live in the city without a master.
2. The Punks Disband: After a high number of the Punks were killed Wreck has become one of Reaper's Riders and the gang has fallen apart.
3. Anarchy: After Reaper_X took over the bird cage and took charge of the current Nexus City Darlings and their 4 powerful gangs the city has fallen into chaos.
4. Rebuild: After Reaper_X was defeated and ratted out the Madame the villainous gangs started to fall apart both of their ring-leaders forced to move out of the leadership role. The criminals are scattered unable to easily continue running the cities infrastructure the heroes are taking back control.
5. Reckoning: When a demon queen attacked the city things were thrown into disarray once more. With the Nova's butchered along with most of the Renegades the key forces in the city had to change things up finally once the Reckoning was over the dust settled with space for new gangs to arise.
6. The Bone-Maiden: Necromancers from Aldoria have attacked the city and taken Tinker a group has been dispatched to get her back but while they are gone the city leadership is weakened and the buarucrats who Tinker keeps in check are trying to amass power as the gang's fight.
7. Gang War: With the heroines of the city on the back-foot the villains are carving up the city again encumbent gangs being attacked by smaller ones eager to steal their own slice of territory all while Tinker and the NCHA have increased the lethality of their approach.

The New Guardians - The New Guardian's lead by Aesir are a force to be reckoned with at the moment and are trying to stablize and grow some of the other hero teams while criminals try and restablish control of different areas in the city.
The Everblossoms - Rebuilding after they were mostly killed.
NCPD - Hunting down gang leaders or forcing them into smaller territories
Opus - Fortifying their base of operations.
Auger's - Exist as a mostly legitimate buisiness trying to maintain a chokehold on white collar crime.
NightStalkers - Rebuilding as Serena tries to raise her Great-etc Grand Niece as a proper vampire.
The Pact - Trying to rebuild after being shaved down.
Magus - Improving her powers and learning spells
Tinker - Trying to rehabilitate Master-Work and building new equipment for heroes.
Doctor Lin - Starting to expand her influence once again.
The Madame - Starting to expand her influence once again.
Items
Items are only noted down when they have an important effect. Things written on here will be hard to aquire normally.
On-Person Reformer - A necklace that one wears round their neck it allows them to reform after being eaten unless removed. Removal requires a predator to take it off before eating someone and cannot be done during a group fight. Cost: £10,000.
Off-Site Reform - Far rarer Off-Site reformers are linked to specific people, examples include Tinker and Jewel. These reformes are too big for most creation heros to make and therefore very rare. Cost: £10,000,000
The Heroines
Freya Odinson (Aesir/War) - Leader of the New Guardians - 'Your death will be my penance!' (Vore capable)
An unaffiliated hero who comes from somewhere far to the north. She loves to fight and test herself against anyone of ill repute. Rumour has it that she is part giant. After being approached by Reaper_X she was persuaded to become a villain so long as she can fight with honor and isn't made to do anything too against her sensibilities.
After she joined Reaper's riders in an attempt to minimise the bloodshed of the attack that was going on. After Reaper was defeated she stayed as a crimelord running a gang who were minimally violent. Reaper-Z convinced her to be a hero again only to die shortly after but during the Reckoning when the Nova's were torn apart Aesir stepped up to fight the Demon Queen.
Now she has taken on the mantle as Leader of the New Guardian's a somewhat unpopular decision but she means serious business and has put together a very strong team of somewhat morally conflicted brooding heros.
Power - Giant Strength - She has the blood of giants running through her veins. Demonic Blessing - She has the blessing of the Demon Queen.

Clare Kassidy (Jewel) - Member of the New Guardians - 'It looks like this is a job for me'
The leader of the NCHA and our most powerful member she is super strong, can fly and is insanely durable and I've yet to work out exactly how one would defeat her I know her powers are somehow linked to the temperature that she is at but I've never seen her at extreme heat or cold so either one could boost her. (Energetic, Focussed and Over the top)
Jewel has stepped down as the Leader of the NCHA leaving that position to Tinker & joining the New Guardian's Aesir's new team. She feels like her approach keeps failing although remains a beacon of hope and kindness.
Power (Physical) - Synthetic Boost - She has biological reprogramming which means that she can fly, is super strong could stop a train and super durable can't be shot.

Elizabeth Moth (Mother Shroom) - Member of the New Guardians - "Is everyone okay? I'm coming to help!"
Liz is an extrodanarily kind person who lives with Lectra_7 she was given powers through a strong elixer that was made by Doctor Lin and given them to ensure that Lectra does not have to worry about her being defenseless. However her powers are very strong and while she does not like to use violence she certainly can if necessary.
Liz has had a tough time her lover dying on multiple occasions but she was also the one to defeat Lilliana during the final fight and has earned alot of credit for doing so as well as an increase in her power.
Powers: (Regeneration, Mycelial Healing, Spore Aura - Mother Shroom regenerates 6HP a turn. In a support role she can heal allies she has physically touched or placed spores within by 3HP a turn. Out of combat she can fully heal allies with 5 minutes of time. Spore Aura - every turn of combat where she is engaged or in support she releases more spores these and deals +1 damage to targets of her choice each turn damaging supporting foes not in biohazard suits.

Aine Classen (Sprite) - "If we all work together we can overcome anything!" - Member of the New Guardians
Aine is the wards new Head Girl she has been brought over from one of the nearby cities as she has a great track record of taking good care of Wards and her powers are very strong. She has learnt to use them in a variety of ways a keep many strong foes at bay.
After the Nova's were defeated she was asked to move on from the Wards and become one of the new guardian's as her ability to clone herself makes her hard to defeat and she is a powerful ally.
Powers: Empathetic (She can see the emotions others are feeling and feel them herself), Clone (She can have 3 copies of herself active at any one time. These copies do not share memories until they merge. If one is destroyed a month must pass before she can make another), Air Blades (She can create incredibly sharp and long blades of air (up to 10 metres when needed) these can slice through thick iron)
HP: 14 MD: 16 Damage: 2D3+4 Skills: Clone (All three copies of her need to be killed within a month for her to actually die)
Archmage Larissa Shimmerweaver (Magus) - 'The magic I wield will undo you!'
Larissa is a very powerful Magus who came from the same world as Endbringer and Ragnaris did and was an incredibly powerful mage in this world. She is a magic undivided caster meaning she can master any class of magic. While she currently doesn't have a full spellbook prepared once she does she will be a force to be reckoned with.
Power (Archmage) (Regen 4)(Rituals: Used to create new powers or buff her allies can create heroes with this)

Spells:
Magical Imbuement - Larissa can now suffuse her body with magical energy giving her strength, speed and physical increases to fight foes. She is now a trained fighter making this more useful than before.
Summoner - Larissa has learnt how to call her allies to her in a fight. This does take her some time (3 turns with the ally arriving on the 4th) an ally in this case is anyone she has imbued with magical powers.
Magical Reflection - Larissa has started to become a master caster and once per combat if she is fighting a "magical" foe she can reflect an attack back at them on her turn taking no damage herself and dealing damage to them.
Water Manipulation - If Larissa has access to a large body of water her attack damage increases to 1D8+1 & 1D6.
Black Magic (Novice) - Larissa has also started to learn Black Magic this is harmful magic which allows her to deal damage to people (generally with rot or disintigration) and also place basic curses on them.
Energy Form - Larissa can turn herself into a being of pure magical energy in order to pass through things briefly or become immune to conventional physical damage. (Once per combat she can negate an entire attack against her).
Prudentia Clousia (Dark-Star) (Vore Capable) - "Embrace to soft warmth of darkness"
Prudentia is a woman who has been blessed with the mark of the Dark Star by Magus. The mage doesn't understand the power-perse but it is supposed to be good. The Dark Star a smothering entity that wants people to give in to it and therefore is protectice in its basic nature. Prudentia is a kind and loving woman who wants the people she saves to sink into her darkness (also known as her stomach).
Power: (Darkness Control, Shadow Melding, Shadow Creation, Shadow Constructs) She can control darkness and blend into it. She can also create complex structures and constructs with it but they are not that strong. She tends to fill areas with darkness before using constructs to overwhelm. (Every round she produces more darkness up to a D12 of damage as the darkness covers everything.)

Lily (Nymph) - Leader of the Pact - 'Struggle please! You're actions have brought you to your doom' (Vore Capable)
Nymph currently leads the Pact after she ate the villain Sin Cynthia_Plays
Nymph is also part of the Pact a group of heros who do not believe in giving Villains second chances. She is a nature spirit from outside the city walls who was called here by a group of other nature themed heros. She has no alter egos and is always on the job.
Power (Physical) - Plant-Based Anatomy - She is strong, fast and can control and grow vines from any part of her body. She loves to sexually torture her victims before swallowing them down or feeding them to a carnivorous plant.

Damion Holt (Damon) - Member of the Pact - 'I don't have time for this' (Vore Capable)
Damion is a member of the pact who hunts villains chanelling his demonic urges to consume and dominate through justice. He is considered someone to be avoided by many due to his emotionless and sometimes violent nature.
Power (Demonic Strength) - He is supernaturally strong, can fly and heals rapidly.

Olympia Dennel (Grimm) - Member of the Pact - "You're a monster. So am I."
Olympia Dennel was killed by a spirit a few months ago but at the same time managed to drive a hand into its core. This caused her to change into a fusion of spirt and human. She has become a dangerous vigilante with an irrational hatred for magical creatures and monsters.
Power: (Phasing Arm, Strength, Speed, Nightvision)

Tara Park (Tinker) - Leader of the NCHA - 'I'm sure it will work just give it a moment'
Tara is a genius when it comes to technology although some what terrible for getting distracted and not quite finishing what she has started. Her mental strength is formidable but she rarely remembers to carry gadgets with her making vulnerable in the field. Tinker has been forced into a deal of sorts with Checkerboard she is deciding how to navigate it not wanting to have to look over her shoulder for her whole life she needs to work out if it is better to betray the villain or work with her.
Power - Technological Wizard - She is an incredible craftswoman and can make androids, gadgets and all sorts of other technology.

Astro (Nikita Garrido) - "Don't worry the suit can take it!"
Nikita was an astronaut who worked closely with Tinker the two are close friends and the suit she wears was originally designed as a protective all terrain suit. However they have found that it is well suited to combat and with all that is happening in the city Astro has come down from space to help out.
Powers (The Suit): Rocket Boosters (Punches thrown and attacks can be seriously boosted), Force-Field - very effective anti-damage utility. Vulnerability - EMP's or tech control powers.
HP: 4/18 MD: 16/16 Damage: 2D5 Skills: Force-Field - fully stops attacks that deal below half of the users damage threshold 3 times until it needs a recharge.
Grace Edge (Heavy-Metal) - 'Everyone behind me!'
Grace is both a tinker and a physical hero her specialty being mech suits and other steampunkesc gadgets. She has a strong resolve and is always rushing to save people. She is a member of the NCPD. Friends/Lover of Greed.
Power - Metalmind - She is incredible at creating and piloting mech suits.

Mind-Melter (Yusona) - "Oh I am a hero but I do love breaking villains" (Vore Capable)
Mind-Melter is a powerful witch whose magic is based around breaking the minds of her opponent. She is very strong with direct attacks but not hugely hardy or durable so best against those with already weak minds.
Power: (Emotionally Draining Magic)

Focus (Luka Grey) - "What's the point.... I'll make this quick"
Luka is the older brother of Contingency he's got a similar set of powers although far more geared towards combat. He is part of the hero duo known as Brain's & Blood and has a number of different fans through-out the world. He was originally a Ward himself before he emmigrated to Novax City and lead the hero team there now he is back to help restore order to Nexus City. He has joined the Regenades after a compelling offer was made by Gladiatrix concerning Helena and her condition.
Since his girlfriend was captured and sold off by an alien bounty hunter he has become a bit more a shell working as a solo hero and acting a little more lethal keeping away from teams for the moment.
Powers: Quantum Calculator (He can move based of highly likely probability calculations to make optimal descisions), Improved Focus (He is unable to be surprised and has improved reaction speeds he can prempt most attacks), Inventive (A much weaker version of Tinker's powers but faster. He can put together plans and gear very quickly to adapt to a situation).
HP: 10 MD: 20 PPL(High,Mental): 1D1+6 Skills: Evade 5 (Only works on Physical Attacks that he could feasably dodge), Inventive (After 2 rounds of combat damage reduction abilities are turned off for opponents)
Katami (Saga Noor) - "Want me to sit on your face? Okay try not to die" (Vore Capable)
Katami is a famous hero who is similar to Kitty from Zanta City a place with a very high demi-beast population. Vore is even more common there and Katami is top of the food chain. She's been called in to help deal with these threats but culturally she's used to vore being a little more common to be done by heroes on whoever they want.
Powers: Super-Strength (Tear off a car door with ease), Killer Instinct, Ultra Reflexes
HP: 20 MD: 14 PPL (High, Physical): 1D6+2 Skills: Killer Instinct - if a foe is below half HP deal double damage. Ultra-Reflexes: once per combat choose to dodge one attack.
Zarina Everblossum (Paladin) - 'Compassion is my power!'
Zarina is a recent hero who was pulled through a rift in time and space from her fantasy world. She is powered by her oath of protection. Meaning she has three rules she can never break or she will lose her powers. Never harm innocents, never lie and never ignore someone in peril.
Power (Physical) - Divine Might - She syphones the strength of the gods through her body giving her super strength speed and divine healing.
PPL High 1D7+1 while her powers are active has no powers if she breaks her oath

Herald of Light - 'You have gone to far you invoke the wrath of the heavens' (Vore Capable)
The Herald of Light is almost never seen in the city as is thought to be a planewalking hero. She is very powerful and was instrumental in the attack on Abyss working with Jewel to bring the villain down and lock her in the bird cage.
Power (Angelic Light) - She can fly, is super strong, heals unnaturally quickly and cannot be lied to.
PPL - Extreme 1D10+5
HP - 20 MD - 20 (Regen: 2) (Parry: 1) - While fighting demonic foes she can summon an angelic ally.
Elowen Erckens (Borrower) - "Lets do this!"
Elowen is the first of Doctor Lin's intentionally heroic creations. She's been given mutible DNA of a number of different rodents and as such is able to shrink herself down without damage to her body. She uses an experimental shrink ray to do so. While she isn't that powerful she's eager to help.
Power (Shrinking: She can use a device to shrink down to a few inches tall)

Crimson (Vore Capable) - 'Don't worry we're here to help' - Bio-Hazard Team Leader
The Bio-Hazard team are a group of women who approached Doctor Lin looking to get powers. And they did but those powers came with physcial changes and a few predatory urges. They have worked out a deal to work for the NCHA but there is always a risk they will act on their hunger.
Crimson is the leader an outgoing and confident figure.

Sasha (Vore Capable) - 'Oh I promise this is going to hurt!' TEAM BIO-HAZARD
Sasha is hardly a hero part of team Bio-Hazard but constantly breaking rules. She loves eating people and loves betraying others even more although her close friends are off-limits.

Charm (Vore Capable) - 'Oh sorry I didn't mean to eat you!' - TEAM BIO-HAZARD
Charm is a kind girl who is wrestling with the new urges of being a predator. She really tries her hardest but sometimes a villain or a cute civilian ends up in her belly.

Nyx (Vore Capable) - 'Night Night' - TEAM BIO-HAZARD
Nyx is a mysterious woman who works with the team and is very compitent but it is hard to tell what is going on behind her eyes.

Eve Green (Viper) (Vore Capable) - 'Hey team lets see who we can save today!' - Team Bio-Hazard.
Eve was recently turned into her form but has great control over her predtaory urges. While she has killed a few people all of this was before she turned herself in to the NCHA and she's doing alot better now.
Power (Physical, High !1D6+3) Acid Spit, Hard Skin and Eletric Shocks

Jack Terrice (Jack Frost) - 'Stop fighting every needs to just cool down!'
Jack is a new hero who has a good power, he is friends with Achilly and Hawk-Guy as the three of them got their powers from the same alien object. He doesn't really understand just how dangerous fighting villains can be yet and is very positive.
Power (Icy) - He can freeze anything with water in it by touching it. This makes him very strong against people if he wanted to kill them. Luckily he doesn't and instead freezes air around him and them to try and restrain and pin them. He can freeze air that is a little furter from him as well.
HP: 15 MD: 10 PPL: (Extreme, Physical 1D8+1) (Against characters with heat based or fire powers becomes 1D4)
Daniel Grieves (Hawk-Guy) - 'Stop right there criminal scum!'
Hawk-Guy is friends with Jack Frost and Achilly but drew the short straw on his powers. While he is a fairly practiced martial artist and now has wings he isn't really that strong although is very good at escaping confrontation due to his flight.
Power: Flight

James Wright (Achilly) - 'Hey now lets not play rough, unless you want to?'
Achilly is incredibly confident and often flirty and he leads the team of guys having got a strong power and already been the most charismatic of the three.
Power (Telekinesis/Lightning) - Achilly has a strange power he can fire electricity that he touches through his body which is why he has two powerful batteries on his person. But he can also levitate anything with a significant amount of electricity in it. He can use powerlines as weapons or other environmental things as well as fire electricity into something and then throw it.

Mare (Katicia Annevelick) - "You can't keep up with my horsepower!" (Vore Capable)
Mare is another of the heroes who have been created by Doctor Lin using safe herbavores instead of splicing a few different DNA's together. While her powers aren't very good her heart is in the rigth place.
Powers: Enhanced Speed/Leg Strength (Run up to 80MPH kick hard enough to knock a steel door in)

Elizabeth Zebudova (Leech) - Leader of the Everblossoms - 'I don't want to hurt you.... although it will feel good'
Leech is a recent graduate from the Ward's of Red-Heart City a country across the world with a far smaller and less powerful super-human population. She excelled there both as a huge PR success due to her kind heart and willingness to help others as well as her hook-ups and flings that were followed by the media. Already there are rumours that she is dating Achilly. She is also a member of the Everblossom's.
Power: (Leech) (Leech has enhanced healing and serious durability. Also when she damages others she heals the damage she deals. She isn't great at defeating foes but she is hard to bring down.
PPL: 1D4 HP: 16 MD: 8 (Regeneration: 3)
Lora (Member of the Everblossoms) - "Okay this is going to tingle!" (Vore Capable)
Lora is a goblin woman who exited from the mists and immediately got herself into trouble. Breaking into an overgrown greenhouse by the mists she quickly found she knew some of the plants growing there and started to make and sell useful concoctions.
Leech was dispatched to handle her and she found that Lora wasn't really bad she was just doing her job at the promise of fame, luxury and money Lora has joined the NCHA and while she doesn't like most of the staff she is very close with Leech and her goblin loyalty to her clan is starting to activate although she remains fairly self serving.
Power (Potion Maker): She has 3 potion types she makes (+3 HP - Healing) (+1 Damage - Harm) (-1 Damage Stupor) - she can use these in combat on a foe or ally even when she is occupying a support role.

Biru & Cinta (The Worry Pixies) Everblossom Members - "Don't call me small!" // "Awwww sweet thing you're so nice <3"
Biru & Cinta are both from beyond the mists and they arrived together. Their two pixie clans used to be at war but seeing as they are some of the only pixies in the city they have decided to work together. Now the two of them are more like sisters and have joined the Everblossom's because they were recruiting and because being small in the city is a good way to end up a snack.
Biru's Power: Flame Manipulation & Telekinisis - Biru can make blue fire clones of herself and launch bolts of fire much larger than herself. The fire clones make her harder to hit she starts with 3 clones and each turn rolls a D4 on a 4 another clone appears. When she is struck by damage she is only harmed on a roll of 1 on a DX with X being = to the number of her clones (unless an AOE attack is used). Telekinetic Wall: Once per combat she can block a hit against herself.

Cinta's Power: Love Manipulation & Duplicates - Cinta can make realistic looking duplicates of herself with ease and uses her words to turn people on each other. A foe she reduces to 0 MD joins her team and attacks their nearest ally attempting to draw aggression. If they are struck by an MD attack again they fall unconcious. Her duplicates work the same as Biru's but she starts with 5 and rolls a D3 every turn to summon more.

Lilac (Eveline Petunia) Vore Capable - "Sometimes you have to stop and smell the flowers" (Everblossom Member)
Lilac is a wandering swordswoman from beyond the mists who acts somewhat othered from the rest of the world. She joined the Everblossom's due to their nature theming and because she spends alot of times in the suburbs stopping those who would do harm to the crops and cattle out that way. While she previously was one of the strongest heroines in her city now that she is in Super City she is relatively weak and potentially out of her depth.

Lydia was an ex-ward who was trained by Armsmistress she isn't a witch like her mentor was she is jusst an enhanced human who has been trained to use almost every for of weaponary and wears a set of enchanted armour that is very hard to break and self repairing. As a vigilante she is considered fairly dangerous but not many people think that she'll last that long now that she is back in the city.

Nettie MacCrumb - "Rocking out, Fighting Crime, Eating Fans what more could a lamia want!"
Nettie MacCrumb is a fairly famous rockstar who stands at 9 feet tall who has taken to fighting crime as a vigilante after the NCHA rejected her application. She is a strong proponent of pred rights and believes that predators should always be allowed to eat semi-willing prey and criminals should just be added to the buffet. While she looks fairly scary she can be a good friend so long as you resign yourself to the fact that one day she might get peckish while your hanging out.

Alycia Autumnbourne is a highly talented elven wizard who came through the mists she is another of the Aldorian wizards who have ended up in the city. She loves it here and has become a psuedo hero as well as a thief. The Guild of the Brass Moon are well liked and do alot of performances.

Piper is a dhampir and one who really really loves eating people and draining people. Sadly for her she isn't willing to eat unwilling prey. Which means instead she spends time with people who she asks if she can hypnotise to get nice and relaxed and then of course eat. She's really bubbly very fun and wants to eat all her friends people after all are better off as juice boxes.

Felicia is a fairly self serving thief who has joined the Guild of Brass because it takes some of the heat off of her and because the Augers are after her following a heist that she did for them before not giving them anything. She is flirty and enjoys the danger of doing crime.

Maria is a highly skilled heister whose powers allow her to influence her luck with only a minor chance of whiplash. She is able to enter a state where all luck favours her making her foes roll everything with disadvantage and her roll everything with advantage. She used to be a criminal but recently joined the Guild of Brass in order to have better access to reforming technology after a few predatory death threats.

Luna is a powerful Witch of the Night who draws her powers from the stars. She can create bolts of light that she throws, blades of light that she slashes with, scry from a distane on foes exposed to the nights sky and minorly heal herself. She is a hero who has recently returned to the city after leaving the mists and training with the NCHA.
She is known for being nice but from time to time being consumed by an almost narcassitic need for control.

Maya is from beyond the mists where she grew up as a highly powerful psychic as well as a talented gunslinger. Her powers manifest into the ability to create shields and to place enemies into a stasis freezing them in another dimension for a few moments.
While she is rough around the edges she is generally a good person.

Ability: Statis Field - Maya can instead of attacking impose a stasis field on a foe freezing them in place for 1D3 turns and ignoring any attack that they did this round. They make a DC.15 Evasion saving throw to try and avoid this effect. In the field they cannot be damaged by other foes but will take 2 damage per turn inside of it. Additionally they cannot take attacks of opportunity so the purpose is more to allow for disengagement on the battlefield than to do lots of damage.
Samus Eren - "I'm the galaxies most dangerous bounty hunter!"
Samus's ship fell into a rift within space and she was deposited in the city some time ago. She tried to get home for a few years but after a very frank discussion with Tinker she has finally given up on that goal and turned her talents to hero work. She has incredible reflexes, flexibility and accuracy a super solider similar to Agent V although more focussed on dexterity than strength. She is focussed and to the point although deeply empathetic to creatures.

Quant is kind of a super-genius but she hasn't fully grown into her powers yet unlike Focus and Contingency she wasn't born with her powers instead getting them. They have less of a scope as well. She is crazy smart and her smarts definately help her fight but she isn't able to invent or adapt in the same way as the brothers. She also moved out to the city due to her massive crush on Focus although she's a little worried about getting eaten by his girlfriend Blue-Blood.
Powers: Quantum Calculator - can run multiple brain processes and predict patterns and attacks based off her intelligence.

Emma is a nice confident girl whose powers altered her appearance heavily. While she is super confident her power is very very deadly making her a real threat who has to be very careful not to kill people in combat.

Alea was a college student who was very popular a member of the cheerleading team she was in a museum when an artifact exploded imbuing her with a dragon soul changing her body and giving her powers. She resents her powers and the implication that she will get more powerful with time and is a begrudging member of the wards.

Roxy is the result of a slightly strange experiment that allows her to now channel energy through her legs in short bursts making her kicks and jumps super strong and super high. Other than that she isn't all that powerful and had to train hard to be allowed into the wards. She has got some amazonian blood though and is vore capable.

Marisa Lyov - "Please don't make this harder than it needs to be!" "I know I've hurt alot of people but I'm really trying to be better!"
Marisa has been blackmailed by the time rogues and now fights with them helping with whatever they need. Interestingly she is one of the stronger of the foot-soldiers. Recently Marisa was killed by the time rogues after she picked up a device to stop them killing her at any other point in her time stream. Betrayed by Sparkle Sinister she was swallowed and digested by her reformer brought her back and she is now flying solo and has asked to join the Wards for protection.

Abyss is not someone to be messed with the woman returned from some other world years ago and attacked the city almost taking it over sending monsters and denzins of shadow out to destroy heros and villains worked together to stop her. She is unbelivably powerful and apparently unkillable. Luckily she is locked away in the Birdcage where she cannot hurt anyone.
Power (Unknown) - Unknown - She can travel anywhere there is darkness so long as she is touching it. She can create darkness unless fully illuminated in bright light. She can summon monsters from darkness and cloud the sky. She can consume people to heal herself and summon monsterous copies of them once this has been done.

She is ruthless killing her parents and taking the empire from them and defeating the hero Queen of Nature to steal her staff from her granting her supernatural powers. Now Regina runs the Nexus City Darlings the number one crime organization in the city.
Power (Physical/Mental) - Staff of Nature - Allows Regina to manipulate the world around her giving her both supernatural and mental powers. This makes her a formidable foe while she has the staff in her hand.

Megan Park is a genius and the older sister of Tinker. Sadly while her sister the stalwart and shy defender of the city she is an extroverted, lusty, vorophile her machines. Unlike most of Tinkers are all imbued with emotions and dangerous weaponary able to act with full autonomy she appears to be one of the four new gang leaders in the city and runs the Opus gang.

Power (Berserker) her strength increases with her rage. (She takes double damage from Mental Attacks while raging and half from physical ones. Her damage dice increases considerably when she does so as well).

As she realized she could get what she wanted by just taking it from others she eventually matured into a supervillain and with Berzerker one of the most powerful villains in town she has joined her team.

Now she can put people in the same state that she loves and finds it often works to avoid having to deal with peoples bullshit. She has joined Berzerker because she wants to find friends who also do what they want.

Lady Serena Sanguine is an elder vampire who is incredibly long lived. She is a Hyper-Fight Champion instead of the normally serious of noble vampires however Sernea is more of a party girl. She is maybe the most powerful of the new gang-leaders but also the least driven.

In the city something that people don't often realize is there are many very powerful people who are not heroes or villains. People who use their power selfishly but not for crime. Lady Severa is one of these. A Hyper Fight champion who often competes in planer fight and is very powerful. Recently Lady Severa has decided to start her own gang along with other Hyper Fight Champions people are currently unsure why.
Power (Time Manipulation: Severa seems to expereince things more than once, people don't know what her power is specifically but she describes it as repeats (When fighting Severa always assume she has fought against you mulitple times. Super Stamina: While born with time manipulations Severa developed her body and took some experimental trials to have an incredible well of stamina. Ilflis is a succubus who has been bound by Lady Severa. She is very powerful and is part of the Auger's due to her special ability to absorb the memories and knowledge of anyone she consumes. This means that when questioining or future sight fails Ilflis's stomach will succeed.

When given a target Glutton can travel through any reflective surface large enough for her to fit through that her target is in view of. It makes her a perfect assassin. If she was to get free she'd be close to impossible to catch and cutie's all over the city would start going missing.

Currently she lives in the present as a successful business-woman and is very hard to pin down. She isn't personally that strong but does have a few time-based powers that give her an advantage.

Arianne runs her company like a true Cyberpunk CEO caring little for the employees and only maximising profit. Her Apeldorn Elites protect her from danger and she possesses a basic combat suit for if things go very wrong.

Soo is a devil from a lust filled circle of hell. She adores teasing and playing with her meals but is still very strong and highly durable. A dangerous foe who is luckily a little ditsy and sometimes releases meals who can't be convinced to digest.

Anya is a monster who looks like a human. She is a vampire who stalks the shadows of the night and much like Velrissa is not picky about her targets. She is dangerous foe but tries to avoid heros where possible.

Dream was Elaine's second attempt at imbuing a person with her mistresses power and was a far more successful one. She makes people around her adverse to combat draining their will to fight and making them focus on submission and sex. As she does this she also weakens their mind with powerful attacks on their MD until they are slaves for her that she normally fucks then eats.

Power (Spirit Fire) - She most frequently has the spirits manafest as aggressive energy and fly at people. She can control any spirits she encounters.

Annie Lewis is a monster girl for another world and she loves this city. She works as a bouncer at Cherry Blossom under Wytch because the woman lets her do what she wants. While she can be a firm friend and loyal she is also a very dangerous person prone to petty acts of violence or hunger. Her tail can open up into a maw that is fairly terrifying.

Having found herself wandering through the mists this Gorgon means serious business. She hid herself away in old buildings and other rundown places until she was found by Manticore who brought her home and the two are now kind of dating. Her gaze can paralyze and eventually petrify her foes and if a combat against her lasts more than 4 turns with her foe viewing her eyes they will find themselves turned to stone.

Hana recently came into her powers after she was exposed to a strange spirit from beyond the Mists while the rest of her team look at her hungrily all of the time Hana's bubbly personality and callous behaviour mean she is easy to get along with. That and her ability to sing the Lifesong a tune that invigorates her allies in battle.

Manjusha recently came through the fogs. She is a powerful witch whose preferred prey are weak and uncertain she loves school-girls, university students and those people who are just about to start their journey into the rest of their life.
She generally transports herself into closets stepping into rooms once her prey is away and waking them with a deadly kiss.

Diana used to be an office worker but when her powers came online she started to mind control people to do whatever she wants. While she is vore-capable she doesn't indulge to often prefering slaves and toys over meals.
When Reaper was looking for a new assistant Control volunteered to take the place of the old Toxin and is enjoying working with her new boss. After the death for Reaper-X at the hands of The Madame & Bewitch Control is looking for a new boss.

She rarely deals with heroes because she doesn't care about what is happening in the city so long as she is left alone. Only interfering to kill competitors. She has Peacemaker on a mission to retreive something that will give her a combat form.

Disillusioned with the group she headed to the city where she was recruited by Doctor Lin who promised that she could make her even more dangerous splicing demon and vampire blood into her to make a deadly weapon of a woman who is very loyal to her although also very close to her.
Powers: Expert Assassin (Years of training by the Order of Nox would make her a feared combatant even without her altered DNA), Demonic Blood (Death Defying, Ancient Bloodline), Vampire Blood (Blood Mist, Rapid Healing, Charming Presence)

Wyvvy was a willing participant in Dr Lin's experiments however it seems combining her DNA with that of a dragon from beyond the mists has resulted in lowered intelligence and a ravenous hunger. She's quite cute and acts a little like a dog but seriously don't leave her around your friends unless you want them eaten.

Melody is a total sociopath splicted with a lizard and a hawk this girl was already a super fan of Dr Lin's she might not have been granted incredible powers but with a little regeneration, enhanced senses and a gun she is more than able to take care of herself. She is currently looking for ways to get stronger.

She uses her power to take what she wants and hasn't broken any key laws at the moment mostly participating in underground fights. She adores eating wealthy people and ruining their bright futures.

Kate Redford is a Technomacer who is only very technically a villain. She doesn't want to have to work and spends most of her time playing games but she is easily influenced by others and has helped on the odd villanious heist. She is a weird technomancer as her powers only work on advanced technology. (Anything smarter than a smart phone) It makes her crazy strong against characters like Tinker but very weak normally.
Power (Advanced Technomancy) - She can change tech into different things and override it's control mechanisms so long as she is within 30 metres of it. (This works through walls)

Maddie is a cyborg who is almost entirely metal her internals replaced by complex servos and power circuits to make her strong and more powerful. She was unlucky enough to encounter L33t who decided she'd make a good bodyguard and has robbed her of her independence. Maddie is a driven intelligent woman who loves hurting others when she can but is also a loyal friend to those she is close to.

Janine is a fairly typical villain one who uses her powers to get what she wants and refuses to suffer fools. She's happy go lucky as a person but can be annoyed by the slightest thing often responding with violence if someone tries to get in her way.

She is the bane of joggers in the city and many have been found as piles of shit in the woods after running into her. Fox has started hunting the Nexus City Darlings as well as all Rabbit Themed Heroes and Villains (Hopper). Recently arrested by Fearless Feline.

Officer Carden is a ditzy police officer who has been put in charge of liasing between the police and heroes however she is terrible at matching teams and often gets heroes killed.
Officer Carden was made into a Vore-Capable predator standing at 9 feet tall the mini-giantess loves to eat people and adores her Servant Predatormaker.

One of the newer creations of Doctor Lin who has joined the NCPD as the Doctor holds up her agreement to create at least some heroic allies. She's part fox and a little hungry all the time. She's been signed up to track and deal with Punk's team as it developers.
Josepha was transformed by Predatormaker while she was training Contingency she swallowed to ward down and crunched up his soft form and shitting him out as a soft pile. His future as a hero is over and she's keen to end more heroes.

Patricia is the leader of the Blindsiders taking up the moniker Vault-Hopper as a homage to White Hare she runs the most successful gang of theives in the city. The Blindsiders tend to do easy jobs wherever possible although recently came under the perview of Cynthia and the NCDarlings. She was recently knocked up by Xala Lamia and is close to giving birth. She's been working in his club in the interim. Since then she has set up a secondary base and her and the gang are back to their ususal antics.
Power (Phasing) - Vault-Hopper can move through inorganic matter, projectiles are useless on her and melee weapons don't work. (-3 from weapon attacks and ranged ones deal no damage).

Torment is the third member of the Blindsiders and she is part demon. Not a large part of her mind you but demons are very dangerous and she is the muscle of the group. The reason they can defend themselves and someone the other two are sometimes a little scared of as well. She is currently spending her time as a bouncer for the Serpants Den for Xala Lamia.
Power (Demonic Heratage) - She is very strong and very durable not easy to put down at all and heals at a surprising rate.

Maddie is hardly a villain. However she was recruited by Cynthia who is funding her underground clinic as a member of her gang. She is kind-hearted and incredibly naive.

Erica is a total psycho and lucky for most of the city she isn't actually that powerful. She joined the Blindsiders recently and ever since she has things have been a little darker she's less about flirty fun and more about pulling a civilian off the street and slowly taking them apart. Vault Hopper would prefer she wasn't on the team but they are short staffed at the moment so she has no choice.

Ash is a half-demon who is currently dating Torment after the two hit it off at a club she is another member of the Blindsider's that Vault Hopper isn't sure on and she's quite right as Ash thinks that their leader looks delicious. She has a very versitle power-set and her powers certainly put the Blindsiders back on the map as a gang who can actually fight others.
Powers: Pyrokinesis - She can control and create black-fire around herself and use it as a weapon. Memory Drain - She can take the memories from people leaving them as obediant and tasty shells. Magical Cancelling - She can after a few minutes neutralise most types of magic.

Kayla Hardt (Wreck) 'I hope you didn't need that' (Vore Capable)
Kayla was the leader of the punks a group of Villains whose goal is to upturn the status quo and reduce city to a survival of the fittest region ruled by powered people. She is very dangerous and has become Reaper_X's ally.
Power (Physical) - Radiation Absorbtion - The more radiation she absorbs the more she can output giving people around her radiation sickness and serving to increase her power.
PPL Low/Extreme - Without her radiation club a large weapon made of plutonium she carries with her at all times she is only got a D4 of physical strength. But with it or any other source of radiation and she become a D10. Enemy who also reduces the rolls of her opponents who are not immune to radiation by 3.

Shade (Vore Capable) - "Shush sweetheart just relax"
Shade is Gladiatrix's right-hand woman while she isn't as powerful as her she is very powerful able to move through darkness with ease and a talented fighter. She was defeated by Gladiatrix at the start of her crimnal career and reformed. Now she does not show that same mercy to those criminals that she defeats.
After the death of Gladiatrix she has fallen back into her old habits as a theif and criminal and hasn't looked back returning to a life of hedonism and indulgance.

Ryn Raymer is a small time villain at the moment with a fairly strong power set that allows her to control blood. She isn't strong enough to manipulate it while it is inside peoples body though and her super suit has a set of blood vials along a bandolier to ensure she has easy access to sanguine weaponary when needed.

Mercy is a powerful devil who is rarely encountered in the city as she is bound to Eliza Grayle as her body-guard. The devil seems to have fought in some of the blood wars and wars in heaven and doesn't speak about how she is bound by Eliza nor what their deal is. She does however love to lie about the terms to others only to tear them to pieces when she gets the chance.

Skills: Mercy Kill - when an enemy drops below half health make a contested charisma saving throw on a failure her next attack deals double damage. On a success regain 4 hit points triggers once per combat.

One of the Demon's from the Reckoning she is a being of incredible power as all of them are. She is a succubus who is entirely focussed on pleasure and making people submit to her dealing a huge amount of Mental Damage with her attacks and kisses with a wide range of impressive powers.

Pree is a deadly trickster demoness who is highly dangerous at the start of combat she creates a box around one target that will crush them in 3 turns.
Then she tends to avoid damage or fire small balls of forcefield at other foes but the one in the box must deal 30 Physical damage to the box in the 3 turns to escape meaning only the strongest of heroes might get out. She generally drinks the crushed remains from the box once she's done killing people.

Desire (Vore Capable) - "Give it all to me!"
Desire is a typical succubus in many ways with her focus around draining the life out of people she encounters however unlike her sisters she doesn't send this life force to hell for the army she uses it herself making her more dangerous as she eats more and more people around her.
HP: 15 MD: 15 Damage Parry: 2: 1D10+2 Physical/1D6+2 Mental Regen - 10 HP whenever she downs someone - Executioner When she downs someone they die completely instead of going down.
Meru - Devil of Deceit (Vore Capable) - "Hey you're cute wanna be friends?" - Leader of the White Lies.
Meru is a powerful Devil of Deceit who has recently snuck out of hell. She has a cute appearance and runs a small gang of friendly crimianls. Meru's favorite thing to do is get her friends killed. She's a being of total deception and betrayal and she will play with her prey for a long time so long as it is amusing her. Generally she shrinks her prey or drains them.

Kiss of Death: If you kiss Meru she can choose to automatically reduce you to 0 HP.
Delicious Deceit - Meru can choose an ally once per turn to take all of the damage that she would Meru can have a maximum of 3 allies who have accepted her brand which allows her to use an action to summon them - she can also reduce an ally to 0 HP so long as they do not have a reformer in order to heal 10 HP

Daliah is a Witch who specialises in necromatic powers and enchantment dealing rotting damage and influencing the minds of people so she can get close to them. Eating them and tearing their power free from their bodies in order to add to her own. She is searching for powerful magical items in an attempt to get more and more powerful and one day wishes to be a Lich Queen of unrivalled power.

Camilla is a lesser known but very powerful villain while most people don't know the origin of her power or that she has powers she's rather dangerous. She runs an underground restaurant dealing in 'willing' prey.
Power: (PPL Medium Physical/Mental) - 1D7 Physical/Mental - Skin to Skin contact with her addles the mind and she is a powerful combatant in a fight with her all her attacks damage both health pools. If reduced to 0 you become compliant and needy prey.

Arienne Dunbar is a demi-catgirl who has started to work for the Butcher because of the free food that it offers. She is morally ambigious and more than happy to eat any cutie she can get her hands on.

Macabre is a member of the punks. One of their most terrifying she inflicts an aura of doom and pointlessness on people around her leaving them despondant and unable to act. She is a serial killer who reveals in murder. The source of her power is unknown.

Crystal has a terrifying power for many civilians she is able to make there nightmares into realized creatures that attack them or bind them causing them to fight in their own minds against their fears. If they lose these fears litrally manefest and this makes her a dangerous foe.

Eliza Grayle might not have powers but she has found herself needing powerful help from time to time. This woman is driven and cruel happy to crush others to get what she wants although has drawn the eye of many a predator overtime.
Allie Steel - "Oh I'll be back on my feet before you know it!"
Allie was the wife of Grant Steel before he was killed by one of the Time Rogue after being knocked-up by Xala Lamia she became a dancer at his club. Where she will be for the forseeable future.
Sarah Blank (Strange Happenings: Youtubers) - 'Bringing horror right to your screen'.
Sarah is a youtuber involved in recording strange and cool things in the city. They were saved by Greed from one of Nightmare's monsters. Reaper-X killed Mindy Lane who was the other star of the show. Now a one person act it's a little less charasmatic and alot more dark. (Outgoing, Reckless and Petulent).
Racheal League 'I wonder what this stomach is going to be like!'
Racheal is the worlds most popular 'vore journalist' she goes around the city looking for famous predators and reviews what getting digested by them is like. She has a large cache of reformers that she uses to do this. So far she has reviewed Cynthia. (Bubbly, Upbeat and Carefree).
