Meet Sunny! A 5’2” Palossand from the Alola region!

Palossand are large, sandcastle-like Pokémon that dwell on beaches, Known for devouring whoever wanders over them whilst they’re beneath the sand! They tend to drag their victims down into the sand and drain them of their vitality! In other words: They digest them!

They are also capable of controlling those that grab onto their shovels, forcing them to do their bidding as long as they are close enough to them.. This bidding usually involves gathering sand and food!

People and Pokémon are its food.

Sunny spends a lot of her time above ground! Basking in the sun! She’ll only really sink down into the sand if it’s about to rain..

Her hunting methods are a bit different! Instead of waiting beneath the sand, She’ll remain above and attempt to beckon prey over to her.. and then devour them whole when they least expect it. Like a siren!

If her prey is a trainer confident enough to battle her, She will gather the sand around herself and add it to her own, growing to a colossal scale! Then she’ll simply pick them up and gulp them down!

Despite being.. kind of horrifying, She can be real sweet with those she actually likes! Not at all likely to eat friends!.. Unless she’s hungry enough-
