  As if there weren't already enough feather dusters running around... Ah, but this one, he has a bit of a twist. Seven feet from foretalons to eartufts, thirteen from beak to rump with another seven of tail, Sundrift is a rather impressive sight. All the more so with his iridescently gold, red, and orange plumage which plays with the light until he nearly seems to be aflame. Even his leonine fur is a more brilliant shade of orange tinged gold than a lion's typical tawny brown, and his tail tuft is a blazing mix of oranges and reds that seem even more fiery than his feathers. His beak and talons are all a shade of yellow which rivals the sun, and his eyes can vary from a rich amber to a savage crimson depending upon his moods. But even with so magnificent an appearance as this, he would be little more than just another feather duster in the park were he not a gryphontaur. Instead of having wings at both shoulders, his only set is attached to his tauric shoulders, and has a span of fully forty feet when spread. Feathers cover the majority of the front and top of his body, save for the scaled talons and foretalons, and his fur begins at a point between the bases of his wings, widens down along his upper back but still passes between the bases of his wing, extends outward just around and behind either tauric shoulder, and finally closes at the top of his tauric sternum.

  At his size he's going to be more predatory than preyish, though the possibility is always there if he runs across a bigger predator. He's not all that picky about what he eats for the most part, nor does he care if they're willing or unwilling. With willing prey, he expects they think it would be an honor to feed a creature of his magnificence; unwilling prey he figures simply doesn't know any better.
